I am currently hiring on behalf of a fantastic client who has recently expanded their portfolio and is looking for a strong operational leader to oversee multiple locations.

This organization operates in the in-home senior care sector, providing non-medical support services that allow seniors to live independently in their own homes rather than moving into assisted living or nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 12+ staff members
• Drive operational performance, service quality, and client satisfaction
• Support growth initiatives and business development across the portfolio
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and care guidelines
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and overall team performance
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the local community
