Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Science, Engineering or related field and 8-years of work experience Working knowledge of electric power industry, especially Regional Transmission Organization markets and operations Basic knowledge of economics, finance, power system operations and power plant operations Proven ability to effectively communicate complex recommendations to a variety of audiences, including senior management Demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex problems Project Management experience Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills Analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving and independent decision making Ability to travel domestically to include overnight Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Law Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with ability to solve new and complex problems quickly d24ad0b8-823f-4e68-a892-2986ccdf7392
