We’re looking for a part-time Fit Specialist & Client Experience Associate: a people-loving, fashion-obsessed, detail-driven soul who thrives on helping women feel like rockstars. Our collections are lovingly made in America by multi-generational makers close to home.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work in our San Francisco boutique to deliver one-on-one fit and styling guidance, helping customers feel empowered and confident.
- Build lasting customer relationships through warm, personalized service.
- Maintain a visually inspiring and organized boutique environment.
- Prepare and ship personalized online orders with care and detail.
- Embody and spread the ethos of Malia Mills.

- Comfortable with POS systems and everyday tools like Google Drive and spreadsheets.
- Available to work full-time, including weekends.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $20–$24/hr (based on experience) + monthly team bonus structure
- 401(k) + match
