Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Prosecutor or 0-3L Law Student opportunity with the United States Marine Corps, based in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities include prosecuting cases, advising on legal matters, interpreting and applying criminal law, and supporting the legal justice system. The role involves extensive collaboration with legal professionals to ensure compliance with legal standards in diverse and challenging scenarios.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) or current enrollment in a law program (0-3L students are qualified)
  • LSAT score of 150+
  • Understanding of Law, Criminal Law, and Criminal Justice principles
  • Experience in providing Legal Advice in complex situations
  • Familiarity with Accounting practices as they relate to legal and financial cases
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to ethical and impartial service
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and make sound decisions
