The Position
- The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for the management of all nursing service departments and other clinical departments, ensuring compliance with Standards of Practice that promote the highest quality of patient care and optimal healthcare delivery.

Compensation Range
- The base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $220,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

The RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician functions under the direction of the Manager Infusion Therapy or other designated leader. The RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician demonstrates knowledge, competency, and clinical expertise in oncology infusion therapy including but not limited to hazardous drug therapies for treating malignant and nonmalignant conditions.
This RN will regularly administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, antineoplastics agents, hazardous drugs, and targeted therapies. RN will work in an outpatient infusion center though alternate settings could occur.
This individual is responsible for providing safe patient care with an understanding and awareness of age-appropriate and culturally aware needs. The RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician addresses the patient/family biological, emotional, developmental, psychosocial, and education needs and is responsible for delivery of patient care in complex situations. The RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician serves as a clinical resource to nursing staff, operational leadership, and medical staff.
It is expected that all RNs are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implement the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association. As a member of the patient services team, it is expected that the individual upholds the
voice of the patient, system policies and procedures while supporting service excellence goals.
They are responsible for attending and participating in staff meetings, in-services, special projects and continued education. Performs other duties as necessary. In this role they can serve as a preceptor for newly hired RN colleagues. Local travel required. Float staff will be required to float between Cobb Hospital HOD's based on need. All sites are within 35 miles of Cobb Hospital.

A Brief Overview:
The RN Transitional Care Navigator (Population Health) is responsible for the case management, care coordination management, and utilization management of his/her population of patients across multiple care levels and settings. At Houston Methodist, the Physical Therapist II (PT II) position is responsible position is responsible for evaluating and developing the therapy plan of care for a broad range of diagnoses and acuities. This position may specialize in care for certain complex patient types, through advanced training and education. As an experienced therapist, this position provides education to patients, patient's family members, and/or caregivers, and collaborates with other interprofessional team members, as needed, for problem resolution and/or achievement of identified patient specific goals. As a member of the interprofessional care team, the PT II position provides patient care directly and delivers exceptional patient care with adherence to safety standards and guidelines to ensure optimal patient safety, customer service, and optimum patient outcomes. This position serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff, including other Therapists, and technicians and may act as a clinical resource to students, and clinical fellows. The RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician functions under the direction of the Manager Infusion Therapy or other designated leader. The RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician demonstrates knowledge, competency, and clinical expertise in oncology infusion therapy including but not limited to hazardous drug therapies for treating malignant and nonmalignant conditions.
This RN will regularly administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, antineoplastics agents, hazardous drugs, and targeted therapies. RN will work in an outpatient infusion center though alternate settings could occur.
This individual is responsible for providing safe patient care with an understanding and awareness of age-appropriate and culturally aware needs. The RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician addresses the patient/family biological, emotional, developmental, psychosocial, and education needs and is responsible for delivery of patient care in complex situations. The Palliative Care Physician will manage high risk patients coming in and out of the hospital, or those with life-limiting illnesses. The physician will lead the team in high-risk patient care and the transition of care management. They will specialize in medical care that focuses on providing relief from pain and other symptoms related to chronic/serious illness. We're looking for Pediatric Intensive Care Unit RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Seattle, WA. The right RN should have 1-2 years' recent acute care experience. Read below for more requirements.
As a PICU RN, you'll provide critical care to pediatric patients as part of a broader medical team. You will collaborate with physicians, specialists and the patients' families to ensure the best coordinated care for these special patients. PICU Travel Nurses provide care to children and adolescents with a wide range of conditions, ranging from common childhood diseases to life-threatening illnesses.
As a PICU Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
- Monitor patients' vital signs and initiate corrective action when necessary.
- Follow continuous cardiac and respiratory monitor readings, such as EKG tracings, O2 stats, CVP/arterial line waveforms, if applicable, and report any observed changes.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs (both central venous and arterial).
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, such as ventilators.
- Assist physician during examination, treatment and procedures, which can include life-saving situations.
- Assist with the insertion or discontinuation of CV catheters, arterial lines, external ventricular drains, Foleys, epidural catheters and endotracheal tubes.
PICU Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs should be able to easily lift 10-20 pounds of equipment at times. PICU RNs may face hazards from exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.

The Patient Educator, Specialty (RN) collaborates with medical practitioners and leaders to incorporate chronic disease education into the plan of care for a specialized group of patients. The incumbent in this role is responsible for helping to improve patient health outcomes by promoting and facilitating disease education with the patient and/or family member(s) thereby ensuring their active involvement in care and care decisions. He/She performs direct specialty nursing services to patients as required, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and all related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
