The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for managing office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email.
  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, escalates to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Provides support and guidance to service personnel who perform on-site routine services including maintenance, OSHA inspections, and repair.
  • Ensures field services are effective and customers’ requirements are met.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a field service environment.
  • Coordination of schedule with customers and staff, preparation of service orders and maintenance checklists, review of technicians’ hours and timecards, and preparation of quotes for inspections and repairs, ordering of related parts.
  • Communicate availability of materials (or delays of materials) with customers.
  • Arrange rental equipment when necessary.

Overview

Overall, the Property Manager is responsible for all facets of the property(s) in his/her portfolio (approximately 735,283 sq. ft), and s/he has a responsibility to ensure the property is managed according to The RMR Group's established procedures. All staff who report to the Property Manager must follow all established guidelines, procedures, and budgets as well. The Property Manager should also have a general knowledge of all building operating systems.



Responsibilities

Building Operations:

  • Maintain and develop written standard operating procedures for building operations.
  • Ensure that mechanical/electrical system maintenance is being performed.
  • Life Safety issues including proper training of building staff and a written record of all testing and alarm activations.
  • Follow Risk Management guidelines as defined by The RMR Group's Director of Risk Management.
  • Ensure that tenant services are provided according to all lease documents.
  • Oversee all construction/tenant improvements (including proper documentation).
  • Oversee all contracts/vendors (including proper documentation).
  • Implement energy management program and monitor utility usage.
  • Supervise, train and motivate building staff.
  • Interface with brokerage agent.
  • Work with the Area Director to establish tenant relations and retention programs that are well planned and measurable.
  • Build and foster tenant relationships through frequent, in-person interactions.
  • Assist Area Director with the negotiation of lease renewals, extensions and expansions, and resolve issues with existing tenants.
  • Develop orderly system for lease, vendor and project files.

Tenant Construction Process:

  • Coordinate all construction work and its impact on the property.
  • Review and approve all construction documents and specifications.
  • Attend or designate an attendee to all construction meetings.
  • Monitor construction project progress including project close-out, finish dates, move-in dates, budget close-out.
  • Maintain summary file to include, bids, permit, Certificate of Occupancy, correspondence.
  • Maintain a full set of as-built building drawings and specifications.
  • Set-up and close-out Job Cost process.

Building Management Office Procedures:

  • Ensure efficient, courteous and professional day-to-day operation of the management office which includes:
    • Authorization processes
    • Correspondence and filing systems
    • Purchase of goods and services
    • General office operating procedures
    • Receivables/income/expense
    • Service/Maintenance requests
    • Specifications and bidding process
    • Tenant servicing/relations

Financial:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the financial stability of the property including maintaining budgets, yields, and the following:
    • Budget-to-actual reports
    • Accruals
  • Review of recurring charges/miscellaneous billings/AP approval.
  • Review of rent roll for accuracy.
  • Interaction with accounting.
  • Monthly Asset Report/Monthly Reforecast.
  • Budget preparation.
  • Capital Planning and oversight of building improvements.
  • Job-cost system organization.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree - Preferred course of study Business Administration, Real Estate or Accounting.
  • Four to eight years' experience in commercial real estate.
  • RPA or CPM designations a plus.
  • Broker's License preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Property Management/Accounting Software (preferably Yardi and Argus Enterprise), Excel and other Windows applications.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

ACCOUNTABILITY:



This position includes acting as a change agent in developing, introducing, and administering new or assigned suppliers, related to purchasing matters. It also consists of implementing measures to improve company/supplier relations, and ensuring compliance with related contracts or agreements.



This position deals with day-to-day handling of time critical customer product, at times requiring independent action, as well as the ability to follow specific guidelines in administration of contracts or agreements.



TYPICAL DUTIES (May include, but are not limited to the following):




  • Establishing contacts and releasing PO's with suppliers, identification and qualification of new sources of suppliers, quoting, supply side monitoring of suppliers: lead-times, capacity, delivery, cost, quality, reverse auction.

SUMMARY

Location: Hayden, ID
Reports To: Shop Forman
Employment Type: W2
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM (plus variable shifts/overtime as needed)
Travel: Required for contracts across U.S., Canada, and select sites

Position Summary:
The Shop Technician supports helicopter and civil operations by maintaining fleet vehicles and equipment, operating heavy equipment, assisting aircraft fueling and long line operations, and ensuring field readiness. This role includes hands-on mechanical work focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 8 trucks, trailers, and ground support equipment. The position requires a strong safety mindset, technical skill, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-consequence work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain, diagnose, and repair fleet trucks, trailers, and support equipment
* Operate excavation equipment, water trucks, and trucks over 26,000 lbs GVWR
* Perform DOT vehicle inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
* Fabricate and weld components as needed
* Assist helicopter operations with fire-fighting, fueling, long-line support, and logistics
* Track inventory, schedule maintenance, and manage work orders
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards

Qualifications:

* Must have maintenance and repair experience working on Class 8 Trucks
* Mechanically skilled {welding, fabrication, electrical} organized, safety-focused
* Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brakes endorsements
* DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
* Clean driving record; able to lift 50+ lbs
* Pass background check and DOT drug test
* Proficiency with GPS, Motive, and fleet systems

Compensation & Benefits:

* Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $40.00 DOE, certifications and licenses
* Per Diem: $55/day for out-of-town work
* Travel & Lodging: Company paid and arranged

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Business Development to help expand our referral network and bring in new restoration projects.
This role focuses on building relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, real estate professionals, and commercial property owners.
Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and real estate professionals
* Generate new restoration leads and referral partnerships
* Conduct site visits and introduce Encore Construction services
* Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings
* Follow up with existing clients and maintain strong business relationships
* Track leads and referrals in company CRM
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs

Qualifications

* Sales experience preferred (restoration, construction, or service industry a plus)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and driven to grow a territory
* Valid driver's license, A Company car will be Provided
* Knowledge of insurance restoration industry is a plus but not required
