We're building the best diesel & RV shop in the region , and we're looking for high-producing A-techs who want to be paid based on what they're capable of, not capped by a corporate pay scale.
Compensation (No Ceiling)
-Starting at $35+ per flagged hour (based on experience and production)
-Pure flat rate - no cap on earnings
We reward output, efficiency, and diagnostic ability, not just time on the clock. Top performers here are not capped and have the opportunity to out-earn traditional hourly dealership roles.

What You'll Be Working On
-Diesel pickups and semi-trucks (Powerstroke, Cummins, Duramax)
-Medium-duty trucks & fleet vehicles
-RV diagnostics and repair
-Real diagnostic work, not just parts swapping
