Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.

Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats and perform risk assessments for violations of laws and threats to national security.

Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity for the purposes of gaining information from suspected violators of laws to determine the appropriate course of action.

Your Role:

The Metrology / Calibration Technician is responsible for managing all aspects of the calibration program at the Twin Cities Sites.  This includes helping other associates with gauging needs and requests.  Also maintaining the calibration records, documentation, and local work instructions to ensure compliance to Vantive and industry standards.  This position also includes the calibration of equipment.

What you'll be doing:

• Apply measurement science to manage calibration of measurement and test equipment in various areas: electrical, dimensional, optical, physical, mechanical, environmental, etc., based on analysis of measurement considerations, desired metrological characteristics and applicable authoritative standards.

• Collaborate with R&D Engineers and Quality to establish calibration specifications.

• Represent the calibration program perspective for measurement and process.

• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external calibration provider to plan and schedule onsite and offsite calibrations.

• Responsible for ensuring the use of approved suppliers, obtaining quotes, and creating PO’s as necessary.

• Calibration of Metrology equipment.

• Coordinate calibration scheduling, equipment implementation to meet established schedules.

• Maintain and update the calibration management system with current equipment status, location, and ensuring equipment is in a state of control.

• Check out calibrated equipment to end users.

• Perform technical approval of supplier calibration certificates, reviewing data and confirming approved ranges are calibrated, and accuracy met, before returning to service.

• Initiate and track deviation reports for instrument changes and out of tolerance conditions.

• Assist with investigations as needed.

• Develop and maintain local Twin Cities sites calibration procedures.

• Participate as calibration SME in audits, providing process support and documentation. Responsible for routine data collection, metrological reliability analysis, and metrics reporting.

• Provide remote support to Global Metrology. Perform review of calibration work, supplier certificates, or validation documents.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelors or Associates Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with 6+ years’ experience in a calibration related field.

• Knowledge of essential Metrology principles.

• Practicing knowledge of measurement science or equipment validation.

• Experience in an FDA regulated environment.

• Strong knowledge of measurement science and Metrology systems.

• Familiarity with Calibration Software Databases.

• Experience in FDA regulated environment.

• Working knowledge of Metrology-related standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, etc.) and industry standards (CFR, ISO 13485).

• Ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage the calibration program independently.

Your Role:
The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting and sustaining Medical Device Quality Technology and Engineering activities related to design control and post-market product support for therapeutics products.

• Prepare and manage the internal audit schedule for Vantive Twin Cities

Your role at Vantive

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to a diverse home patient base, as well as, kidney dialysis centers. Home patient visits consist of delivering dialysis solution, rotation of stock, and order accuracy assurance with occasional order pick-ups and returns.

Schedule: 4 day work week (5am-3pm/6am-4pm); 1-2 overnight per week (hotel and meal per diem provided) and weekends off.

Your Role:
In this role, you will support inventory planning across the US DC network ensuring appropriate inventory targets and service levels are met by item-DC to support the customer demand in the region. You will support network product availability through data analysis using existing and created tools. You will work cross-functionally with Deployment, Transportation, 3PL, production and marketing ensuring operational excellence by providing contributions optimizing inventory allocations while ensuring processes outcomes are aligned with organizational and industry standards. • Support execution of the daily deployment plan (DRP) based on finished good target inventory levels at the DC level maintaining target days of supply (DOS) while considering the space utilization in the network.

• Create reporting mechanisms and monitoring of service levels, warehouse occupancy, cost per case, inventory dollars against plan, and other necessary measurements ensuring visibility and proper escalation.

• Analytical support of the deployment program recognizing carrier and lane opportunities to ensure optimal execution plan.

• Inventory planning parameter optimization driving item-DC level inventory in the network resulting in inventory cost savings

• Provide critical thinking and process execution support in network efficiency projects, product conversions, new product launches, replenishment efficiencies, new DC set ups, cost improvement initiatives and other identified projects.

• Report forecast anomalies at branch-level based on usage.

• Drive compliance to weekly late firm orders through reporting and cross-functional follow-up to close out open POs.

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly report requirements are met and published in a timely manner.

• Analyze network item- DC inventory balance supporting planning and commercial with recommendations and execution.

• Identify DDS and aged orders costs based on quality and business requirements with Transportation and Logistics teams

• Support short- and long-term supply constraint initiatives

Your role at Vantive

 Lead the End-to-End Supply Chain advanced analytics and network optimization team to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, model, and implement data-driven solutions across the Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver). Drive process optimization initiatives to streamline operations, improve productivity, and ensure exceptional customer service

What you'll be doing 

• Develop and execute advanced analytics strategies, including predictive and prescriptive modeling for scenario planning and strategic decision-making.

• Provide leadership in data analytics, translating complex insights into actionable business strategies.

• Establish, implement, and assess lagging and leading key performance indicators to achieve global Fulfillment success metrics.

• Function as the Supply Chain subject expert for Master Data and Analytics, supporting the implementation of IT data strategy.

• Oversee global network modeling to optimize cost, service levels, and supply chain resilience across all functions and regions.

• Lead network optimization initiatives to evaluate distribution center footprints, transportation flows, and Fulfillment models.

• Design advanced scenario modeling and what-if analysis to assess cost, service level, and inventory trade-offs

• Develop and maintain network models leveraging best-in-class optimization software tools (e.g., Sophus, Llamasoft, Coupa, Blue Yonder, ALX or equivalent)

• Design, implement, and optimize business and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency with a strong emphasis on analytical tools.

• Identify and execute opportunities for operational efficiency and financial performance enhancement.

• Provide fact-based recommendations on warehouse placement, capacity planning, routing strategies, and inventory positioning.

• Form and manage a team, offering guidance and support for skill development within the organization.

• Create a collaborative, engaging environment that encourages cross-functional teamwork, even amid ambiguity and uncertainty.

What you'll bring

• Master’s in engineering, Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience

• 7+ of experience in Supply Chain, healthcare services and/or specialty pharmacy service

• 5+ years of experience working on large-scale or multi-faceted projects.

• In-depth understanding of Analytical and Network Modeling tools

• Lean/six sigma training and certification preferred.

• Good understanding of data management, analytics and visualization tools and their applications such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.

• Good understanding of big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g. Oracle, AWS, etc.).

• Outstanding leadership capabilities by sponsoring and directing projects with extensive scope and cross-functional impact, fostering collaboration across departmental boundaries.

• Ability to work closely with different supply chain and business teams in different regions to implement data driven analytics tools to improve their regional and global financial performances.

• Manage a team of analysts in deploying data-driven decision-making tools and processes to increase efficiency.

• Establish and apply global KPIs in coordination with global and regional IT and ERP teams.

• Supervise the design and use of advanced analytical models and predictive algorithms to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas utilizing new ERP system features.

• Proven ability of driving results through both self and team leadership.

• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• Aptitude in digital supply chain transformation

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

We understand compensation is a principal factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $152,000 - $190,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. • Review plans, specifications and addenda to understand scope, site conditions and bid requirements under supervision.
  
  
• Perform quantity takeoffs for chain-link, ornamental steel/aluminum, security fencing, wood/composite, gates/operators and related items; prepare material and labor extensions.

• Minimum Education - associate's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
