Compensation: Up to $400,000 depending on experience and performance

A growing California plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a mid-level Employment Attorney with experience handling FEHA and Title VII matters.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact employment litigation, representing individuals in complex workplace disputes while collaborating with experienced litigators in a dynamic and expanding practice.

The Role

You will work on plaintiff-side employment litigation, including:

• Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under FEHA and Title VII

• Wage and hour and workplace rights litigation

• Case strategy, discovery, and motion practice

• Client counseling and advocacy throughout the litigation process

• Collaborating with partners on complex employment matters

Requirements

• 5+ years of plaintiff-side employment law experience

• Strong experience handling FEHA and Title VII claims

• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Licensed to practice law in California
