Cornerstone Building Brands is in the process of growing our market development (sales) team. As a Marketing Development Representative, you will be responsible for representing our top siding, stone and accessories brands (including PlyGem) to the decision makers closest to our products. You will travel in your market building relationships with primarily with contractors, but also potentially working with builders, architects, spec writers, etc. to pull through sales of our premier surface solutions. This role will partner closely with our field sales team and national accounts team and engage with our end customers to bring them to our points of sale with our distribution and retail partners.
Job Description
- In this position, you will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic prospecting strategy to engage Cornerstone Building Brand’s contractors (second level customers buying through well established distribution partners)
- You will be the face of the contractor brand (Ply Gem) to our end users
- You will build relationships with remodelers, restoration professionals, roofers, custom home builders, local builders, sub-contractors etc.
- You will drive contractor engagement and develop your assigned market by converting new customers to our suite of premier exterior surfaces products and also driving loyalty by meeting with existing contractors to increase our share
- Promote and sell exterior surfaces building products (Vinyl Siding, Stone, Metal, Trim, Accessories) within the assigned geographical territory
- Maintain a comprehensive sales database to track customer information and sales activities
- Attend sales meetings as outlined by the Sales Manager, both with in the territory and out of state for larger sales meetings throughout the year
- Evaluate competition, market share, regional trends and provide insights on pricing and programs to cross functional teams
- Address product quality issues and field-related problems in a timely manner with customer service, warranty and quality teams
- Collaborate with local distribution representatives to identify opportunities
- Work with counterparts in the Distribution Sales Team (Territory Sales Managers) to build robust and holistic go-to-market sales strategies to meet with prospects
- Identify whitespace opportunities within your territory and building relationships with contractors in those areas to make our products available
- Conduct local product training and introduce new products to contractors
Qualifications
- Successfully demonstrated sales and territory management skills
- Has successfully demonstrated ability to find, uncover and hunt for new customers
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and priority focus
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prospecting skills – engaging with existing distribution partners to drive deeper into assigned market to convert customers or expand and increase share with existing second level customers
- Excellent presentation and relationship building skills
- Experience in channel sales – has worked with distribution partners and second level customers
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Travel required – Majority of your work week will be spent in the field with customers; ~20% overnight travel and 2-3 industry/trade events may fall on weekends through out the year
- General knowledge of building materials is a plus
- Product experience with exterior siding materials is a plus
- MS Dynamics and PowerBI reporting experience is a plus
- Experience working with/worked at a manufacturer is a plus
Additional Information
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $75,000 + commission + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What you will do

Sales:

- Execute sales plans created within agreed-upon timelines from the customer or Cosentino Management.
- Manage own sales budget and maintains discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Business Development
- Promote the organization’s products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
- Actively represent and promote Cosentino to the community through hosting and attendance of local chapter events for ASID, IIDA & AIA along with other targeted associations.
- Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms involved with new development or renovation work for existing building interiors and exteriors.
Account Management:
- Maintain the accurate relationship, product placement & project details with updated developments within the project management database (Salesforce CRM).

$18-$20 to start with reassessment after 3 months.
The shift hours range between 12pm-8pm (those shifts can shift slightly). This is a physical job that requires heavy lifting and you must be comfortable working in front of warm ovens. Previous experience not required but a bonus!

Our story really begins with a friendship. John and Stu were close friends in high school. What makes us unique is our exclusive Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), where patients undergo 24/7 monitoring for seizure activity. In the EMU, we conduct tests such as tilt table testing, strobe light testing, sleep deprivation, and medication adjustments to diagnose epilepsy and tailor treatment plans, making a tangible impact on our patients' lives.

Job Summary and QualificationsProvides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.
What qualifications you will need:
- Preferred Experience: One year hospital nursing experience
- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position. Grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities. Exemptions, or extensions, may be approved by the facility CNO and reported out to the CNO Council members. Each facility will ensure tracking of exemptions should this information be needed. RNs with 10 years or more of experience are exempt.
- Required License/Certifications: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON
- Certificate: BLS Healthcare Provider

Job Description
We are looking for energetic task focused individuals!
1. Individuals must have great customer service skills as every position is also trained to help on the sales floor during peak foot traffic.
2. The individuals hired will be part/full time. During the slow months work hours are quite possibly reduced. This is based upon your requirements that are agreed to at time of hiring.
3. Everyone helps with manual labor when needed. i.e. rearranging the warehouse, moving items from storage to the store, changing light bulbs, etc. etc.
4. The positions we are primarily hiring for are the following:
A. Phones and Sales
This persons primary responsibility will be answering all phone calls and answering questions and taking orders over the phone. They will also help on the sales floor numerous times throughout the day.
B. Admin Assistant
This person will primarily work in the office and assist all office staff on different tasks as needed; i.e., stone receiving, some aspects of purchasing and receiving, Inventory control - physical inspection of inventory items, assist website personnel when needed, we have 3 current websites to maintain and possibly a 4th coming early next year. They are primarily the personal assistant to the owner as he has numerous business ventures. You will also assist in packaging product for sale on the salesfloor.
