JOB SUMMARY:
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of any given project. Additionally, the Project Manager ensures budget and deadlines are met and consistent with project standards.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Create a Schedule of Values for our pay applications and submit to the General Contractor.
- Analyze the construction schedule and create a schedule for submittals, material ordering and estimated field labor durations & project completion.
- Create submittals for doors, frames and hardware from architectural plans and specification.
- Manage and respond to electronic contractual changes (RFI’s, PC’s, Etc.). Quote changes that affect our material and/or labor cost. Distribute Change Order Due letters to the contractor.
- Order materials (Purchase orders) from approved submittals for timely delivery according to the construction schedule or as agreed upon with the contractor for billed and stored material.
- Support the Performance Door project field supervisor for the timely delivery of materials according to the construction schedule. Send field use drawings periodically reflecting updated schedules incorporating project revisions.
- Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
- Actively pursue contractual “Change Orders” from “price and proceed” CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
- Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.
- Other job duties and responsibilities as needed.

This role combines hands-on technical work with crew leadership, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation of AVL systems including audio, video, and theatrical lighting equipment
- Direct and coordinate small installation crews (2–5 technicians) onsite
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain AVL systems using industry best practices
- Read and interpret CAD drawings and construction documents
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, electricians, and general contractors
- Document installation progress and maintain quality standards
- Provide basic client training and system handoff support
- Prepare tools, equipment, and installation materials for job sites
- Maintain organized shop and installation areas
- Support occasional live event or production work as needed
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of AVL installation experience
- Ability to read schematics and construction drawings
- Experience with cable fabrication, rack assembly, termination, and system installation
- General construction knowledge including mounting equipment and working within finished spaces
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients onsite
- Working knowledge of theatrical rigging preferred
- CTS certification or Power Limited Technician license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work at heights, and travel for projects

Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative for an Hybrid, full-time role where periodic visits to San Francisco, Bay Area, USA. In this role, you will be responsible for the US market, your main role will be about identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions, conduct product demonstrations, provide client training, and ensure a seamless sales process. Additionally, you will gather market insights to identify trends and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute a US market sales strategy aligned with CUBES’ growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Target mid-to-large organizations (500+ employees) across industries.
- Focus on selling management optimization, performance monitoring, and BPM-related solutions.
- Position CUBES as a solution that supports corporate governance, strategy execution, and organizational performance alignment.
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Position CUBES as a strategic performance and execution platform.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close subscription-based agreements.
- Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets.
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and expand existing accounts to maximize license subscriptions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across modules.
- Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and implementation teams for seamless delivery.
- Coordinate with offshore implementation and business support teams.
- Monitor competition and industry trends in BPM and strategy management.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and executive meetings.
Performance & Reporting
- Meet revenue targets.
- Provide regular pipeline forecasts and performance reports to the BD Director.
- Track KPIs and drive performance improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (US market preferred).
- Proven experience selling:
o BPM solutions
o Strategy management systems
o Performance management platforms
o Enterprise IT solutions
- Background in Process Management or Strategy Management domains is highly preferred.
- Experience working with ARIS-based clients or BPM environments is a strong advantage.
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Ability to work independently in a new market setup.
- High ownership mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
