Department Information

After more than four years of planning and groundwork, the ambitious Tech Square Phase 3 (TS3) initiative is well underway. With two impressive towers at its core connected by a shared elevator, the TS3 project, slated to finish in 2026, encompasses 416,500 square feet and includes a large outdoor plaza for street-level retail.

PURPOSE

REPORTS TO

Reports to the Quality Control Manager and supports the Quality Control organization. This role will interact with cross-functional departments including Manufacturing, Research and Development, Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, and Facilities, as well as external vendors and service providers, to support Quality Control operations, equipment, and quality system activities.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Author, execute, and maintain equipment qualification protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ as applicable) in support of Quality Control laboratory operations.
  • Author, execute, and maintain cleaning validation protocols and reports for equipment and laboratory areas, ensuring compliance with cGMP and internal requirements.
  • Support the Quality Control organization in the management of quality system records, including change controls, CAPAs, deviations (DEVs), and out-of-specification (OOS) investigations, ensuring timely, thorough, and compliant documentation.
  • Participate in and support root cause investigations, risk assessments, and the development of effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure laboratory equipment calibration activities are completed accurately and within required timelines.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and processes related to equipment qualification, validation, calibration, and quality systems.
  • Provide quality engineering support to operations to maintain a state of control and readiness for internal, client, and regulatory inspections.
  • Review and assess the impact of proposed changes on systems, equipment, and processes, and support implementation through the change control process.
  • Ensure documentation and activities comply with cGMP, FDA regulations, data integrity principles, and company policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, R&D, Analytical development, and other stakeholders as required to support company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within quality systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life or chemical science; chemical engineer, chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a similar science-based degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Quality Control within a pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing environment, with at least two years of experience in a validation or quality engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, ICH, and USP requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical techniques.
  • Strong technical writing skills with a quality-oriented mindset, and a proven ability to author and execute protocols in laboratory and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively, professionally, and respectfully in a team-based environment, and to collaborate with peers, customers, line management, and technical subject matter experts.

There are numerous positions available for entry, mid-level and supervisory roles in manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Science Associate will engage in various aspects of pharmaceutical production, including formulation, aseptic filling, visual inspection and secondary packaging, as well as equipment and process implementation activities required to bring the facility into service. Manufacturing Science personnel will be responsible for ensuring continuous supply of our medicines by expertly running the processes, troubleshooting, collaborating cross-functionally, and adhering to our safety first / quality always mindset. Senior and lead Manufacturing Science personnel will coordinate daily activities to meet capacity plans while developing their own as well as the team’s capabilities.


A Manufacturing Science Supervisor is expected to have experience in performing the responsibilities of a Manufacturing Science Associate but also provide daily supervision of areas within manufacturing, maintain responsibility over production timelines and achieve department goals. How You Will Achieve It

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or other related discipline, or a High School Diploma/GED equivalent with more than five (5) years of relevant work experience.

SUMMARY

As a Mechanic (Class B), this position is responsible for repairing and maintaining company-owned equipment. The Mechanic is accountable for diagnosing issues and making necessary adjustments, repairs, or overhauls on various heavy machinery used in heavy civil, railroad, and marine construction.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and schedule regular maintenance for industrial machines and equipment. Maintain accurate equipment service records.
  • Conduct planned maintenance by examining parts for damage or excessive use, repairing and replacing damaged or worn parts, cleaning, lubricating, assembling, and testing equipment to ensure operational efficiency. May install batteries and windows on specific equipment.
  • Diagnose and examine faults or malfunctions in equipment to determine repairs using engine diagnostic equipment such as computerized tests and calibration devices.
  • Order materials and supplies needed for repair and maintenance of equipment.

  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA): Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS

  • Supervise the vendor to ensure successful completion of the project.
  • Obtain labor and material releases from contractors and post notices of Non-Responsibility as needed for any Tenant Improvement or capital work
  • Conduct move-in and move-out suite inspections with tenants prior to occupancy or upon expiration of lease, and complete related paperwork for security deposit refunds or closing out a tenant account on a timely basis.
  • Communicate and prepare space for turnover (i.e. custodial, painting, carpet, utility (gas/electric) changeover(s), ordering of Park specified signage etc.).

  • Maintain tenant/vendor files and good record keeping. Involves copying, filing, assembling, labeling and organizing new files.
  • Follow up in written format with a copy of the letter to the tenant lease file or vendor file.
  • Review A/P vouchers for accuracy, information, and coding on weekly basis. Correct as required.
  • Print and distribute monthly Lease Status reports & various other reports for the department.

Experience, training, skills required:

  • 5 or more years of property management experience in commercial/office and/or retail, handling property maintenance & repair, tenant improvements, tenant complaints, vendor contracts, lease administration and enforcement.
  • Knowledge of real estate law, finance, accounting practices and procedures.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret lease documents.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and property management software systems (Yardi experience preferred).
