Falcone Global Solutions, LLC has immediate openings for International Import Specialists in our state-of-the-art Center City Philadelphia, PA Innovation Center.
Our goal is to offer unique end-to-end global supply chain services, with an eye for efficient movement of all in-house services. Functionally, we redefine the 3PL relationship by managing all of our customer's needs from sourcing to final delivery.
Compensation: $70,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonus
Job Description
You will be trained in the International Transportation and Logistics industry with cross-over functions in sales and finance. The ideal candidate must have outstanding organizational skills, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication and writing skills.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordination of International and Domestic air, ocean, and ground freight throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico Europe, Asia, India, Australia, Central and South America with 100% precision and accuracy.
- Interaction with AP/AR/Operations Staff from Partner companies worldwide (English as the first language).
- Maintaining an accurate database of vessel schedules and shipments throughout the globe in FalcTrak 3.0/Cargowise Module.
- Any other duties or assignments as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- Ability to learn, adapt, and respect foreign cultures and methodologies in business acumen and vernacular.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite 2024, particularly Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn applications within ERP programs.
- Self-starter and self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
- Ability to positively interact with peers and vendors from around the world.
- High level of ethical and moral conduct.
- Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks expeditiously and accurately.
- Ability to multitask and organize daily.
- Apply critical and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work respectfully and efficiently within a team
