Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, and staff supervision. The Warehouse Manager will ensure efficient warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and promote a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time.
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper storage practices.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Track warehouse performance metrics such as order accuracy, shipping timelines, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to support operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
