About the Company


We’re looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist with strong mechanical and diagnostic expertise to support dealers and customers across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer support.


Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex equipment issues, including root cause analysis and repair guidance
  • Complete inspections and corrective actions on machines before shipment
  • Perform and document Receiving Inspection Forms (RIF) and Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDI)
  • Coordinate field technical problem resolution with engineering and global support teams
  • Identify recurring failure patterns and recommend product improvements
  • Assist in developing and delivering technical training materials
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, suppliers, and end‑users
  • Keep accurate records and prepare special reports as needed


Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of technical experience with construction equipment


Required Skills

  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic aptitude
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a calm approach under pressure


Preferred Skills

  • 8+ years working with construction or heavy equipment


Pay range and compensation package

$60K-$80K
