Description

Reporting to the General Manager the IT Manufacturing Systems Analyst will help to support and optimize our manufacturing operations through effective use of our information technology systems. This position will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing and supporting IT systems critical to our production environment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time:


  • Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for IT-related issues and projects within the manufacturing environment.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and accordingly plan system roadmap and strategy.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Analyze existing manufacturing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
  • Participate in the selection, implementation, and configuration of new manufacturing systems, including ERP, MES, PLM, and other related applications.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for new and existing software to optimize existing functions and identify new IT solutions that continue to meet the needs of the business.
  • Act as a liaison between business groups and IT teams to discover, plan and coordinate IT projects and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configurations, and user guides.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing systems, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans for system implementations, upgrades, and modifications.
  • Participate in training end-users on manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within manufacturing systems.
  • Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into manufacturing performance and identify trends.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures within the manufacturing context.
  • Manage small to medium-sized IT projects related to manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to work in a global team environment and coordinate with multiple IT teams as needed.
  • Ability to learn and research to keep up with software trends and product releases in manufacturing industry to identify automation and process improvement opportunities


Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a similar IT role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, such as production planning, shop floor control, quality management, and supply chain.
  • Experience with one or more enterprise-level manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP - SAP, Workwise, Microsoft Dynamics; MES; PLM).
  • Proven ability to plan and execute transition between old and new business systems and processes as needed.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrations between manufacturing systems and other business systems (e.g. ERP).

The Opportunity:

The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day facility operations and ensuring all scheduled events are executed smoothly and professionally. Facility & Event Operations


  • Manage the facility's event calendar and oversee scheduling logistics.


  • Coordinate event bookings, ensuring proper documentation and confirmation of customer requirements.

  • Ensure facility readiness for meetings, trainings, and special events.


Customer Service & Communication


  • Monitor and respond to facility email communications in a timely and professional manner.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding event planning, facility use, and setup needs.


Event Setup & Execution


  • Ensure rooms and event spaces are arranged according to customer specifications, including seating layout, tables, signage, parking reservations, and equipment.


  • Coordinate with staff/vendors as needed to support event setup and breakdown.


  • Confirm all facility resources (keys, access, supplies, equipment) are available prior to event start time.


Technical & A/V Support Oversight

  • Ensure A/V equipment, presentation systems, microphones, and other technical tools are functional.


  • Troubleshoot or coordinate troubleshooting of technical issues as needed to ensure event success.


Facility Monitoring & Standards

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Description:
An MRI Tech I is responsible for performing complex MRI exams on varying strength magnets using powerful magnetic fields combined with radiofrequency waves. The MRI Technologist must adapt to changes in technology, new imaging techniques, safe and effective imaging practices for patients with and without medical implants. These implants include pacemakers, nerve stimulation devices and electronic pumps that can cause severe injury and or death within the MRI environment. This position requires independent judgement, a comprehensive knowledge of MRI physics, biological effects to human tissue, medical implants and the ability to enforce MRI safety. The candidate must possess inherent compassion for patients with claustrophobia and provide mechanisms to assist the patient in overcoming their discomfort. The Technologist operates under the general supervision of the Radiologist and the MRI Supervisor.Education:
Graduate from school of Radiologic Technology approved by CAHEA/JRCT. Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), ARMRIT, or certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), ARRT MRI Certification preferred.Experience:
Two years of Radiology imaging experience, cross sectional imaging and/or computer assisted imaging preferred. Knowledge/Special Skills:
For staff holding an ARRT license (not in MRI), Advanced MRI specific certification by ARRT is required within 2 years of hire within the MRI department. Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Apartment renovations and turns/Make-Ready
  • Exterior preventative maintenance
  • Complete work-orders in an effective and timely manner
  • Standard handyman work including appliance repair & troubleshooting, painting, plumbing, light electric, light carpentry, & patching drywall.
  • Porter/Grounds keeping work during downtime.

Maintenance Skills Desired

    • 1+ year of experience as an Apartment Maintenance/Service Technician
    • General knowledge of basic residential carpentry, sheetrock, painting, plumbing, and electrical
    • Experience troubleshooting & repairing residential appliances
    • Experience in HVAC and EPA 608 preferred but not required


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2+ years' experience in maintenance property management
  • EPA Universal Certification Required
  • CPO Certification Preferred
  • Ability to earn future designations as required by Industry standards, EPA regulations, OSHA requirements, etc.
  • Must possess solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. information as required by daily operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
  • Maintain professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • May be required to work extended periods of time without relief, when responding to priority/emergency situations.
  • Stooping, standing, climbing (ladders and stairs) as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects of up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 30 feet.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Performs intra-operative auto-transfusion according to established policies. Monitors instruments and takes corrective action if necessary. Monitors multiple cases simultaneously when applicable.
  • Processes QC specimens to be evaluated. Conducts quality audits, performs, evaluates, interprets, and documents operational checks of equipment within established guidelines.
  • Prepares, tests, and operates the following equipment in accordance with standard practices to serve patients: Autologous Autotransfusion (Cell Saver), Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP).
  • Identifies opportunities for corrective action and process improvement providing recommendations and contributes to meeting department and hospital targets for quality and safety. Reports “near misses” and inputs error promptly into documentation system to improve processes and identify trends.

CT Technologist Summary The purpose of this position is to provide CT scan examinations to patients of all ages.

Technologists provide patient care services using CT imaging.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Magnetic Resonance Technologist is responsible for performing imaging procedures using sophisticated technology.  The use of powerful magnetic fields combined with radiofrequency waves that require a high level of technical expertise to operate magnets of different field strengths.  The MRI Technologist must adapt to changes in technology, new imaging techniques, and safe and effective imaging of patients with medical implants.  Implants such as pacemakers, nerve stimulation devices and electronic pumps that can cause severe injury and or death within the MRI environment. The Technologist operates under the general supervision of the Radiologist and the MRI Supervisor.    

  • We are looking for MRI Technologists who embody: 

  • A comprehensive knowledge of magnetic resonance physics, biological effects to human tissue, medical implants and the ability to enforce MRI safety. 

  • An inherent compassion for patients with claustrophobia.  

  • Ability to provide mechanisms to assist the patient to overcome their discomfort.

EDUCATION: 

  • Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology (CAHEA/JRCT).

This Float Pool Patient Care Tech/CNA opportunity is full time, offers full benefits and a convenient flexible schedule.
