About the Role
We’re seeking Master’s-level professionals who feel confident facilitating groups, collaborating closely with therapists, and thriving in a part-time, fully remote telehealth environment.
Clinicians at Charlie Health begin making a difference on day one, working alongside a highly skilled therapy team to translate psychoeducation into meaningful, real-world change for clients. While each team member brings unique strengths and experience, all staff are expected to be fluent across multiple modalities. Our clients face complex behavioral and emotional challenges, and we’re looking for group facilitators who are deeply aligned with Charlie Health’s mission to provide life-saving mental health treatment.
Responsibilities
- Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date
- Check-in with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at a minimum of 1x/month
- Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly (within 48 hours)
- Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time
- Arrive ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the entirety of the hour
- Facilitate groups using the current Charlie Health curriculum and best practices
- Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed
- Foster client engagement and group cohesion, encouraging client participation and fostering camera-on culture
- Following all operational policies and procedures as indicated by Charlie Health best practices
- Participate in collaborative Therapy Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, peers and other Clinical Leadership team members
- Collaborate closely with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches
- Communicate professionally and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
- Monitor your treatment documentation to ensure all of your notes are completed within required 24 hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards
- Demonstrate professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Availability to work weeknights (3-8pm MT on Monday to Thursday) and Saturdays
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field (see examples below)
- Experience working with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings
- Demonstrated proficiency across multiple treatment modalities, with the confidence to thoughtfully integrate them into clinical practice (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus)
- Strong belief in and advocacy for group-based treatment alongside individual therapy
- Ability to facilitate effective, engaging telehealth sessions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for client sessions
- Proficiency with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) as well as EMR and outcomes survey software

About the Role
Charlie Health is hiring exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/ Counselors to provide telehealth services. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health, substance use, and eating disorder professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.
This can either be a contract/1099 position or a W2 position.
A contract position allows you the flexibility to schedule sessions and work wherever you are most comfortable. We request that our clinicians be able to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.
W2 position requires full time availability with some availability in the evenings and Saturdays required to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $53,000 and $75,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $57,000 and $80,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.

Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for the clinic patient. Oversees care for clinic patients of all ages following established standards and practices. Expertly skilled in the functions of the applicable technical software setting and process/utilization improvement. Improves clinical patient care processes for quality patient outcomes. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, clinical support staff and the public. Assists and supports human resources administrative processing and procedures with staff management. May assist with providing feedback in the collection and preparation of required budget information. As needed, monitors inventory levels and supplies for department. Responsible for utilizing and ensuring staff follow the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Responsible for the coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including providers to plan, implement and evaluate care. Maintains current certifications in specialty and continues education when necessary as well as tracks and maintains for staff as needed. Learns new concepts, processes and tools related to own personal development and education. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
For Rural Health Network facilities only, employees hired after January, 2025, who do not possess a Bachelor’s degree in the required field, leadership may consider an educational plan with proven continuous action toward achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing within five years of hire into position. Approval from the Nursing Executive for the market is required in order to waive the bachelor degree requirement at time of hire. Additionally for Rural Health Network facilities, for current employees, leadership may have considered acceptable qualifications and work experience equivalency based on facility size, rural market, and business need, prior to new Sanford education requirements.
Three years’ experience as a registered nurse (RN) in a clinical role preferred. Thorough knowledge of the nursing practice act and standards of nursing care, and a working knowledge of administrative and management techniques.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Nurses performing nursing practice over the telephone require licensure in the states where the patients being served reside. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This position requires demonstrated technical proficiency in software design and configuration of MES solutions with integration capabilities to level two and four systems.
- The Senior MES Engineer will interact directly with the customer and lead a team of Wunderlich-Malec engineers in identifying requirements, evaluating MES platforms, developing specifications, and implementing/testing/commissioning/qualifying MES solutions.
- This position is a leadership role within the business unit and requires strong problem-solving ability, well-balanced people skills, an aptitude for business efficiency, and an interest in creating partnerships.
- The Senior MES Engineer demonstrates success by securing repeat work with both new and existing customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position requires the ability to deliver innovative MES solutions and design standards either self-directedly or as a leader of a team. The candidate will act as a solution architect and must have the ability to conceptualize, detail, and implement MES Solutions for industrial processes and machinery that meet our customers’ requirements. This involves the development of an MES strategy that integrates process knowledge, equipment design, and quality standards with information technology to reduce downtime, elevate the level of regulatory compliance, and introduce efficiency gains through the effective use of available technologies.
- This position oftentimes requires the following project management responsibilities: developing project execution plans, work breakdown structures, and associated budgets, task prioritization and scheduling, task ordering, time tracking, and reporting, financial tracking and reporting, early problem identification, conflict management/resolution, leading and supporting a team, and attending project status meetings. Also includes overseeing daily operations and activities of a project(s) up to $1M. This position is often responsible for ensuring the overall profitability of the project.
- The ideal candidate must have a diverse engineering skillset with the ability to work independently. Will act as technical lead on projects and guide lower-level engineers and technicians. Could also act as Project Manager on smaller projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- MES solution deployment experience with but not limited to Werum PAS-X, Sepasoft, or POMS
- Proven experience with all phases of MES projects including conceptual, basis of design, implementation, testing, start-up, and commissioning in the Life Science industry
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements of the life science industry such as cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency with designing and implementing integrated EBR recipes using GAMP5, S88, and S95 standards
- Understand the manufacturing processes and system configuration and make informed recommendations regarding optimal system configuration
- Understanding of warehouse and inventory management specifically in a GMP facility
- Support software and configuration required for external systems interfaces such as DeltaV, SAP, LIMS, PI, and Maximo
- Strong knowledge of historian technology and reporting systems
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL, Oracle, etc.

- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office products
- Experience leading a team of engineers/technicians to provide MES solutions
