POSITION OVERVIEW:
- We are seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations across a residential apartment portfolio. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-motivated, and experienced in apartment maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and effective communication with residents, team members, and vendors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver first-class customer service to residents and team members
- Perform apartment turnover and make-ready tasks efficiently and to the company standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to plumbing, electrical, heating, and other building systems
- Perform general facilities maintenance, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work
