POSITION OVERVIEW:
- We are seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations across a residential apartment portfolio. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-motivated, and experienced in apartment maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver first-class customer service to residents and team members
- Perform apartment turnover and make-ready tasks efficiently and to the company standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to plumbing, electrical, heating, and other building systems
- Perform general facilities maintenance, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work
