She currently cannot walk and we use a Hoyer lift to move her from room to room, so experience using a lift is helpful but not required.
She uses the commode for bathroom needs, which she needs help with.
This caregiver may be responsible for giving her medications, preparing small meals, changing her clothes on occasion and keeping her clean and groomed.
We are currently looking for someone who can work evenings (5p-10p), and or/someone who would like to work 2-3 overnight shifts per week (9p-7a).
Overnight responsibilities include: helping my mom with some light stretching/shoulder and arm massages before bed, helping her brush her teeth and using the bathroom before taking her to bed.
She has a lot of trouble sleeping so being awake and alert throughout the night to offer her verbal support and comfort is necessary.

The Role
Reporting to the General Counsel, this person will be responsible for processing origination closings. The Paralegal is responsible for processing the diligence workflow for cell site easement deals and managing certain documentation from the execution of the TS to the hand off the Final Executed Closing Package to the Asset Management Team and the Easement Archive.
Seeking a bright, hard‐working, well‐organized and professional paralegal who is experienced with negotiating real‐estate contracts, knows how to work effectively and well with people in a high‐ pressure environment and is very attentive to detail. Experience in real‐estate contracts and finance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing the Term Sheet, lease and income documentation to confirm information on the Term Sheet, Deal Sheet and XIRR documents provided by the Origination team.
- Assembling and vetting all of the deal documentation that constitute the Title Order Package and ordering title, environmental and site inspection and, when required, survey.
- Assuring that all requests from legal and title for follow‐on documentation and approvals including are made and that documentation is obtained in a timely fashion.
- Preparing and sending closing notices and closing requests. Assembling and delivering final closing packages.
- Tracking all work on all deals in a deal tracker and providing weekly closings projections.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree for relevant experience
- Experience in Real Estate is required
- Experience working on Commercial Leases is required

* Hospitalist: 7 on 7 off schedule, 7:00 am 7:00 pm
* Experienced NP on shift 8:00 am 5:00 pm to assist during busy times

Newly renovated five-room cath lab Dedicated APP support to streamline workflow and patient management Large referral base of more than 100 primary care providers in our medical group Opportunities to work with medical students and family medicine residents, as well as an academic appointment with the University of Illinois Excellent tertiary specialty support from the University of Wisconsin Weekly Schedule: 2 days in clinic 1 full day in the lab At least 1 Helper Day AM: options include rounding on patients if the census was high, seeing patients in the clinic, working in non-invasive lab PM: typically spent reading studies in the lab Fifth weekday options: Rounding: if you had weekend rounding (rotation is 1:8), you would be in the hospital on Friday for that week.
You wouldn t be in the hospital rounding unless it was your week to round (rotation is 1:9 for M-Th rounding).
Helper: You may have a second day of filling in where the need is highest (See above.) Post-Call ( Admin ) Day: While on guarantee, all physicians have 12 post-call days following their weekend of rounding.
This can be taken any day, Monday-Friday.
Once off guarantee, you will have 24 post-call days.
One of these days can be Monday-Friday, the second day must be taken Tuesday-Thursday.
