JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary This position is responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure. This includes administering Windows servers, virtual environments, and network systems such as switches, wireless access points, and firewalls. The role provides advanced technical support for complex issues, helps resolve system problems efficiently, and supports continuous improvement of IT services. This position also participates in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure critical systems remain available.Essential Functions

Windows Server Administration: Install, configure, harden, patch, and maintain Windows Server (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file/print services, and server roles/features). Perform regular backup/restore tests and capacity planning.

Virtualization (VMware ESXi): Manage ESXi hosts and clusters, vCenter, resource pools, templates, snapshots, VM provisioning, and lifecycle. Monitor performance, remediate host/VM issues, and maintain HA/DRS configuration.

Cisco Network (Switches/APs/Firewalls): Configure and support Cisco switches (Layer 2/Layer 3), wireless access points/controllers, and firewalls including VLANs, STP, trunking, routing, ACLs, NAT, VPN, QoS, and segmentation. Collaborate on network designs that prioritize resilience, security, and scalability.

Layer 3 Support: Act as an escalation point for complex incidents and service requests across servers, virtualization, and network domains. Lead troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

Monitoring & Alerting: Maintain and tune system and network monitoring, logs, and alerting. Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and security anomalies.

Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security baselines, patch management, endpoint protection, firewall policies, identity and access controls, and least privilege standards. Assist with audit readiness and documentation.

Backup/DR/BCP: Administer backup jobs, conduct periodic recovery drills, and support disaster recovery/BCP activities for on prem workloads and critical applications.

Change Management: Prepare implementation plans, risk assessments, and rollback procedures. Coordinate maintenance windows and communicate planned downtime to stakeholders.

Documentation: Create and maintain accurate configuration records, network/server diagrams, inventory, runbooks, standard operating procedures, and access credentials management.

Vendor & MSP Coordination: Work with vendors and managed service providers to troubleshoot issues, schedule upgrades, and evaluate solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize infrastructure operations; contribute to technology roadmaps and lifecycle refresh plans.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Respiratory Therapist coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. As a vital part of the patient care team, the Respiratory Therapist performs a variety of diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures and monitors patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation.



What You Will Do in This Role:ย 



  • Under the general supervision of the RT Supervisor or Team Leader, you will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures ordered by a physicianย 
  • Your duties will include medical gas administration, aerosol therapy, obtaining and analyzing blood specimens, performing patient testing, operating and maintaining various types of respiratory and cardiopulmonary equipment, providing mechanical ventilation, maintaining artificial airways, assisting with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, providing patient education, monitoring equipment and patient response to therapyโ€ฏย 
  • Your additional responsibilities will include completing documentation of in-patient and departmental records, cleaning equipment, and maintaining safety and infection control practices.ย 


What Qualifications You Will Need:ย 



  • Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program requiredย 
  • Must hold a current Respiratory Therapist license from the State Board for Respiratory Careย 
  • NBRC RRTย 
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateย 
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS preferred upon hireย 
  • ACLS and NRP required within 6 months of hireย 
  • One year of recent clinical experience preferredย

The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Qualifications

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Minimum of 18 years of age.

Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.

Colorado: Depending on facility, Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) certification with the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Under limited supervision but the Radiologist's direction, the Ultrasound Technologist completes sonography procedures including routine sonograms and interventional sonograms including biopsies.

What you will do in this role:

  • Perform Ultrasound procedures as ordered and per protocol
  • Perform Ultrasound-guided biopsies and various centesis procedures.
  • Perform Ultrasound vascular procedures. Technologists will need to have completed documented cross training prior to performing these studies unsupervised.

  • Additional responsibilities include completing documentation in patient and departmental records, cleaning equipment including HLD and maintaining safety and infection control practices.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

  • Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology and/or School of Sonography
  • Two-year program or four-year BA program in Radiology Technology followed by training in sonography or completion of requirements from an accredited school in sonography including meeting all clinical requirements
  • ARRT and/or ARDMS registry eligible required upon hire
  • ARDMS and RVT registration required within 12 months of hire
  • BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 30 days of hire.
  • Minimum of one-year hospital department experience in medical sonography to include biopsies

Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support
  • NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • (RN) Registered Nurse
