Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail L2 Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Retail applications along with hands-on experience in production support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 Application Support for Oracle Retail systems
• Monitor and manage batch jobs, integrations, and data flows
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
• Ensure timely resolution of system failures and performance issues
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Maintain system stability and support ongoing operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Application Support (L2)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
• Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM)
• Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA)
• Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM)
• Strong expertise in:
• SQL / PL-SQL
• Databricks
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Experience in monitoring batch processes and handling production incidents
