Base Pay: $17–$25 per hour
Incentives: $5–$10 per hour potential through emergency response participation and qualified jobs
Total Earning Potential: $22–$35 per hour

What You’ll Do
As a Restoration Technician, you’ll work with our team to restore residential and commercial properties after fire, water, smoke, or storm damage.
Typical work includes:
- Water extraction and structural drying
- Demolition and job site preparation
- Insulation installation and construction tasks
- Cleaning and restoration of contents and materials
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors
Participation in a rotating on-call emergency response schedule is required and includes additional incentive pay.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in skilled trades (construction, insulation, drywall, painting, etc.) preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle required to travel to job sites and participate in emergency response rotation
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work on ladders and in attics or crawlspaces
- Can work around smoke, water damage, and cleaning products while using PPE
- Must live within approximately 25 miles of Lake Bluff
- Ability to work in the United States indefinitely
