Job Summary Job Description Job Summary: The Finance Project Manager will lead high visibility global Oracle EPM projects focused on implementing technology solutions and process improvement initiatives.
This role will work collaboratively with various Medline departments including Finance, Accounting, Tax/Treasury, IT, and Operations teams.
Impacted financial systems include, but are not limited to: Oracle Cloud EPM modules, SAP and QAD ERPs, and Oracle EDM.
Major Responsibilities: Serve as the functional subject matter expert for financial consolidations, providing deep expertise on consolidation accounting, eliminations, reporting structures, and close processes.
Act as the primary driver of consolidation-related project workstreams, ensuring deliverables are completed and aligned with project milestones.
Perform hands-on work to analyze current consolidation processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
Lead data validation, testing, and reconciliation activities during system implementations or process changes.
Communicates status reports on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to senior management and key stakeholders Work cross functionally with Finance, Corporate Accounting, External Reporting, and IT to deliver accurate and scalable reporting solutions.
Utilize creative and analytical thinking to develop solution alternatives and provide recommendations Manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure projects are completed according to time and budget schedules Drives resolution of project conflicts.
Engages with senior management when necessary Ensure delivery of high quality, cost effective solutions to the business Support the team as backup for any responsibilities required Minimum Job Requirements: Work Education: High school diploma.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of finance and/or accounting,, with 2 years of experience in Consolidations and/or 2 years of project management experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Experience presenting and reporting on project plans to appropriate stakeholders.
Complex problem-solving and the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
At least 2 years’ experience working with a Consolidations system (Hyperion, Oracle EPM).Strong understanding of internal and external financial reporting.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: index/match, pivot tables, multiple if statements).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Job Requirements: Education Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business Master’s degree.
Certification / Licensure Certified in Project Management (PMP) as granted by PM and or CPA.
Work Experience Experience at a public company with SEC reporting requirements (or public accounting experiences with listed clients).
Experience at a multi-national manufacturer/distribution company.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Experience with SAP, Oracle Cloud EPM or BPC, and Oracle EDM.
System implementation or upgrade experience.
Experience applying / executing project management methodologies and practices including developing a project plan, charter, scope, project management approach and managing project budget.
Experience working on cross-functional teams and indirectly managing teams across business units.
Experience driving resolution of project conflicts within a team.
Experience in overseeing projects from inception to completion.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $92,000.00
- $138,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
