Pay Rate: $105,000–$120,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier on-time delivery (OTD) and material availability performance across key commodities
- Coordinate daily shortage management, expediting, and material flow activities with cross-functional teams
- Analyze supplier capacity, constraints, and performance trends to drive improvement initiatives
- Identify and execute alternate manufacturing pathways, including new suppliers or processes
- Conduct supplier visits to assess capabilities, validate recovery plans, and support performance improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 8-10+ years of experience in supply chain, supplier development, manufacturing engineering, or materials management
- Proven track record improving supplier delivery performance in complex manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, casting, forging, injection molding, assembly, etc.)
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
- Willingness to travel locally in the Chicagoland area up to 30%
