JOB DESCRIPTION
The Tooling Design Engineer is responsible for technical ownership of the Invar layup mold design scope, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, manufacturing intent, and release‑level documentation prior to design handoff.
Responsibilities include:
- Own tool architecture and design intent for Invar LM tooling, including facesheets, substructures, lifting features, casters, drill bars, and return flanges
- Ensure design compliance with vacuum integrity requirements, DB locations, TC integration, and customer‑provided standards
- Interpret and apply AWS/WPS welding requirements within drawing notes and weld details
- Lead design reviews, adjudicate comments, and control scope through approval and release phases
- Coordinate technical interfaces between tooling design, CAD development, and checking activities
- Approve final design and drawing packages for release prior to customer handoff
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 8–12+ years of tooling or large‑scale mechanical design experience
- Direct experience with aerospace composite tooling or large welded Invar structures strongly preferred
- Proven ability to deliver release‑ready designs under fixed‑fee constraints
- Must have strong experience utilizing NX

Surface Warfare Officers (SWOs) are involved in virtually every aspect of Navy missions. As a SWO, you may be in charge of any number of shipboard operations and activities while at sea, working with or within any of these specialized forces:
Aircraft Carrier Forces: Provide and coordinate air, submarine and surface ship defense for aircraft carriers.
Cruiser-Destroyer Forces: Provide ship attack and defensive measures with a wide array of missile and fire power capabilities, providing anti-air, -submarine and -surface warfare support.
Amphibious Forces: Embark and transport vehicles, equipment and personnel for amphibious assault operations.
Combat-Logistics Forces: Provide combatant ships with fuel, ammunition, food and supplies, and provide repair, maintenance and rescue capabilities through Fleet Support Ships.
Mine Warfare Forces: Detect, identify and neutralize threats from hostile use of maritime mines.

Work Environment

Newly commissioned Surface Warfare Officers will be assigned to a surface ship, leading a team of Sailors responsible for a component of the ship - anything from electronics to weapons to engineering systems. In this setting, Officers are working toward full Surface Warfare qualification.
After completing these initial sea tours, Surface Warfare Officers may be selected to serve on high-level staffs, commands or strategic projects or they may be selected to work in recruitment. The ultimate goal for many: to one day command their own ship.

Position Overview
The Chief Estimator will lead the estimating department for heavy civil roadway and transportation projects, including DOT and municipal work. The Senior Project Manager – HR Technology leads large, enterprise‐wide HR technology and business transformation initiatives. This role owns end‐to‐end delivery of complex programs that span multiple teams, systems, and business functions.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone comfortable operating at the executive level, driving delivery discipline, and influencing outcomes without direct authority. You will partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure initiatives are delivered successfully and aligned to business goals.
What You'll Do
Project Delivery & Execution
- Own delivery of large‐scale HR and HR technology initiatives from project kickoff through stabilization
- Define scope, objectives, success measures, resourcing plans, and governance structures
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk and issue logs, and executive‐level reporting
- Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate system implementation activities, including requirements validation, testing oversight, deployment planning, and business readiness
Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership
- Lead cross‐functional teams across HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors
- Facilitate steering committees and deliver clear, concise updates to senior leaders
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and proactively manage change impacts
- Hold teams accountable to timelines, scope, and business outcomes while influencing without direct authority
Governance & Standards
- Ensure projects adhere to enterprise governance, compliance, and quality standards
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR project management and delivery practices
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of enterprise‐level initiatives
- Proven experience serving as the primary project manager on large, cross‐functional HR or HR technology implementations
- Hands‐on experience leading complex system implementations such as HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent, or integrated platforms
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders in high‐visibility environments
- Experience managing project budgets, vendors, and external consulting partners
- Experience working within structured PMO or governance environments
- PMP certification preferred

- Strong command of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid)

- Advanced spreadsheet skills, including Smart Sheets, for tracking, analysis, and reporting

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered

Bring innovative ideas to support strategic plans and enable R&D to apply this knowledge to assigned projects Collaborate with R&D Supervisor/Manager to develop contingency plans Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of products manufactured in the facility Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies) Bachelor's degree in food science or related field 2-4 years of R&D product development experience in the food and/or beverage industry Knowledge of food ingredient functionality, product formulations, and modification techniques Knowledge of all stages of the product development life cycle and product development methodologies Understanding of manufacturing equipment, their processes, and capabilities Strong passion for science, creative thinking, and product development Good cross-functional and peer relationship building skills Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, organize and prioritize, show flexibility, and multi-task to execute simultaneous projects and activities to meet objectives and deadlines Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving high-growth environment MON123 RISE123 PI02d95ab0fa68-6819
