Job Description: 777-9 program is looking for Manufacturing Engineers to enable
aircraft modifications to support Certification Flight Testing for Type Inspection Authorization (TIA).
This is a very critical activity in support of the overall Certification of the 777-9.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Tiger Team Member on critical client Flight Test Project
* Installation Plans for configuration changes (test specific and production)
* Coordination across ME teams for PRR IP creation / revision
* Review IPs for quality - e.g. missing functional tests, missing BOM items, etc.
* Identifying and planning removals
* Identifying opportunities to reduce scope (e.g. smaller, more specific functional tests)
* Reviewing tooling requirements for compatible with flightline operations (i.e. not factory specific)
Basic Qualifications:
* Assembly & Installation (A&I) Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Skill Code 67B
* Levels: 3
Preferred Qualifications:
* Systems, Electrical and Propulsions are preferred (not required)

- Ensures all maintenance work and employee training comply with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
- Coordinates and oversees safety compliance and regulatory requirements as established by governing agencies.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates safety and training programs for department personnel.
- Prepares and manages the Grounds and Maintenance Department budget to support efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Provides operational support during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- Exceptional guest service skills required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and related programs required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least five (5) years’ experience specializing in maintenance of a large commercial facility or physical plant; or equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to facility or property management.
- At least five (5) years’ supervisory/managerial experience in a small to mid-size company with the ability to manage staff in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Previous experience in supervising and managing schedules on construction projects. Experience working with plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of technical aspects of facility or property management along with
- Knowledge of equipment and purchasing requirements.
- Ability to prepare complex reports, correspondence, charts, layouts, forms, handbooks, memoranda and other information and instructions with strong mathematical skills.
- Must be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment dealing with sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality with strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class A/3 gaming license with the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency (TGA) and the State of Washington.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Certified Forklift Operator’s License (ANSI Standards WAC 296-863 and OROSHA 1910.179) for Class I and Class IV forklifts.

Job Description:
- Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives
- Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives
- Conduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance
- Perform as an instructor in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills expertise: Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.
- Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching and team coaching, observing and tracking student performance, adding key insights to enhance the delivery, conduct preparation, delivery and rostering of training to satisfy training requirement
- Conduct training utilizing a variety of delivery methods and techniques, and customizes learning programs, courses, presentations and guides
- Emphasize safety precautions to be taken in all training provided
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, and address any problem behaviors in the classroom promptly in accordance with policies
- Perform individual and group assessments, and recommend process and performance improvements
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer Sessions to qualify additional instructors

Education / Experience:
