Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at Rookwood you will play a key role in creating visually stunning and effective designs across various platforms. You will report to our Creative Director and work closely with marketing and photography team members to develop creative assets that drive engagement, boost sales, and enhance the overall brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, email newsletters, website assets, and print materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an ecommerce or digital marketing environment.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and ability to handle a range of design projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with motion design and Adobe Premiere is a plus.
• Creativity: Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling
• Ensure proper stock of beer, soda, food, and other products are in their appropriate locations
• Maintain daily awareness of product needs; determine quantities required to adequately stock commissary
• Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations

More about you

• Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required
• Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required
• Strong management skills; ability to delegate and coach others
• Basic math skills
• No college degree required

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 165 pounds
• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season

• Develops phasing and logistics plans for approval of Project LeadBuyout / Subcontracting & Change Orders
• Understand and review subcontractor and Owner contracts
• Attend and participate in project kickoff meetings

• Client Service:

• Plan and coordinate Annual Association Meetings with unit owners or park association landowners.
• Quality Control:
• Regular inspection and evaluation of building interior and exterior finishes, cleaning, doors, locks and windows, HVAC systems, building mechanical systems, roofs, pavement, landscaping as well as janitorial, security and trash services.
• Identify emergency, safety, and urgent repairs, solicit bids, and recommend action to Owner.
• Coordination, negotiation, contracting and supervision and quality control of all outside service providers for janitorial, landscape care, snow removal, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning repair and maintenance, parking lot repair and maintenance, carpenters, window washers, roofers, etc.
• Create bid specifications for repair or regular maintenance work.
• Create and administer Inspection and Testing Schedules for Preventative Maintenance of building systems.
• Assist leasing; back up agent to show space to prospects as needed; develop renewal/expansion leads and communicate such.
• Conduct property tours as required with lenders, insurance companies, owners, and investors.
• Supervise minor building renovation or improvement work.
• Communicate with tenant fit-up team to coordinate construction activities in assigned portfolio.
• Maintain 24 hour / 7-day availability for property emergencies.
