Role Description

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

This is an entrepreneurial, high-responsibility position working directly with the founder. You will act as the operational backbone of the business — helping manage priorities, drive execution, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of a growing investment company and gain direct exposure to how deals, investor relationships, and business systems are actually run.

If you are looking for a standard 9–5 corporate role, this is not it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the executive calendar and scheduling
  • Attend meetings and capture structured notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Track and manage tasks to ensure execution and accountability
  • Support investor communication and relationship management
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and client interactions
  • Maintain organization across documents, systems, and CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Assist with event coordination, client lunches, and logistics
  • Help monitor key metrics and business performance

Qualifications
