Executive Assistant
Job Description
Eephus Capital Group is a fast-growing real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and operating multifamily assets. We work directly with investors to deploy capital into value-driven opportunities and are on a trajectory to become a more institutional investment company.
Our business is built on strong relationships, disciplined underwriting, and long-term thinking. We are a small, high-performing team that moves quickly and operates with high ownership and accountability.
Role DescriptionThis is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
This is an entrepreneurial, high-responsibility position working directly with the founder. You will act as the operational backbone of the business — helping manage priorities, drive execution, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of a growing investment company and gain direct exposure to how deals, investor relationships, and business systems are actually run.
If you are looking for a standard 9–5 corporate role, this is not it.
If you want to be part of building something and operate at a high level, this is a strong opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the executive calendar and scheduling
- Attend meetings and capture structured notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Track and manage tasks to ensure execution and accountability
- Support investor communication and relationship management
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and client interactions
- Maintain organization across documents, systems, and CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Assist with event coordination, client lunches, and logistics
- Help monitor key metrics and business performance
- Direct exposure to how a real estate investment company operates
- Hands-on experience with investor relationships and deal flow
- Insight into capital raising, operations, and scaling a business
- Close proximity to decision-making and strategy
- Opportunity to grow as the company grows
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay structured
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn systems quickly
Experience in real estate, finance, or startups is a plus, but not required.
Final noteWe are looking for someone who wants to build, not just maintain.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- entrepreneurial
- driven
- excited about growth
- and wants to be part of something bigger than a typical job
