Overview: this is a confidential search for a fast growing, venture backed household cleaning brand that is co-located between NYC and Sarasota. The candidate for this role must live in the Sarasota area to support our founder and iconic innovator who is leading this new venture.
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to senior leadership. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can anticipate needs, manage organization of priorities, and solve issues thrown their way. The ideal candidate is confident, resourceful, and able to step in and immediately bring structure, efficiency, and discretion to a fast-paced environment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and priority alignment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, and correspondence.
- Manage communications and prioritizing requests.
- Organize and support meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Streamline processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives.
- Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Experience managing confidential business matters.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
