Zambrano Law Firm is a client-focused immigration practice dedicated to guiding individuals and families through complex immigration processes with clarity and care. We prioritize strong case management, clear communication, and a structured workflow that allows our team to operate efficiently while maintaining high-quality legal work.
We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our team in an in-person capacity. This role is open to full-time, part-time, or contract arrangements, depending on experience and availability.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working within structured systems. You will work closely with paralegals and support staff to oversee case preparation, provide legal strategy, and ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Review and analyze immigration cases, including family-based, removal defense, and humanitarian applications
- Provide legal strategy and guidance to paralegals on case preparation
- Review applications, petitions, and supporting documentation prior to filing
- Prepare and review motions, briefs, and responses (including RFEs and NOIDs)
- Represent clients in immigration court hearings, USCIS interviews, and other proceedings as needed
- Conduct client consultations and provide clear legal guidance
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, court requirements, and USCIS procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely case notes within the firm’s case management system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth case progression and client communication
- Licensed attorney in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction; Georgia preferred)
- Prior experience in immigration law required
- Experience with removal defense and immigration court strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of USCIS and EOIR processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Comfortable working within structured workflows and case management systems
- This is an in-person role based in the Atlanta area
- Team-oriented environment with defined processes and workflows
- Emphasis on documentation, organization, and accountability
- Collaboration with paralegals and administrative staff is a key part of the role
