We are Snowball express,the best raspas and snacks restaurent..we come in between a full service restaurant and a fast food place..AS A FINANCE AND MARKETING MANAGER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AUDITING THE ACCOUNTS,GO THRU THE DAY TO DAY ACCOUNTS AND PAYROLL ACTIVITIES OF ENPLOYEES AND MANAGERS.FIND AND SCREEN THE EXPENSES AND OPTIMIZE THEM..GO THRU FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND PROFIT MAXIMIZATION OF THE BUSINESS..THE MARKETING PART INCLUDES RUNNING CAMPAIGNS..SETTING UP TARGETS WEEKLY,MONTHLY AS WELL AS STORE WISE ALSO PRODUCT WISE ..ANALAYZE COMPETITION AND FORM STRATEGIES TO MINIMIZE COMPETITION..MAKE SURE NEW PRODUCTS AS WELL AS EXISTING PRODUCTS GET GOOD SALES WITH DIFFERENT FORMS OF MARKETING..DESIRED PRODUCT PREPARATION ANALYSIS AND UNIFORM PRODUCT PREPARATION..ALSO JOB INCLUDES THE FUNCTIONS OF DAILY RUNNING PROCEDURE OF STORES ..WE HAVE CURRENTLY 12 STORES AND THEY SPREAD FROM DONNA,ELSA TO MISSION AND WESLACO..SO LITTLE BIT OF TRAVELLING TO THE LOCATIONS REQUIRED..EMPLOYEES,MANAGERSAND CUSTOMER INTERACTION MAKES THIS JOB EXCITING ..CANDIDATES WITH RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS AVAILABILITY FOR AN OPEN SCHEDULE IS IMPORTANT..
