We are seeking a senior Life Sciences consulting leader who combines deep domain expertise, hands‑on delivery leadership, and strong executive presence. This role operates as a high‑impact individual contributor, leading from the front—shaping solutions, advising clients, and influencing outcomes across complex Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) programs.

Required Qualifications:

Experience & Domain Expertise:

• 10–15+ years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences IT and/or digital transformation.
• Experience with Veeva Vault platforms (e.g., PromoMats, MedComms, Quality, or Clinical) is a strong plus, but not required.
• Strong experience delivering Life Sciences Commercial and/or Medical systems, with demonstrated ownership of solution design and client outcomes.
• Proven experience supporting Commercial, Medical, or Customer Engagement functions within Life Sciences.
• Deep understanding of HLS compliance, validation, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience selling enterprise technology solutions into U.S. federal agencies.
• Established relationships within agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Defense, FAA, FRA, NASA, Navy, or similar federal organizations.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and government contract vehicles.
• Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles in government environments.
• Ability to build credibility with senior government stakeholders and influence multi-layered decision processes.
• Experience leading large enterprise technology deals from early engagement through contract award.
• Ability to coordinate internal teams and resources to support proposals, procurement, and complex deal execution.

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling enterprise platforms, infrastructure software, or mission-critical technology solutions.
• Familiarity with federal systems integrators, contractors, and partner ecosystems.

The Data & Analytics / Microsoft 365 Intern is a full-time, 12-week summer internship beginning in May and is structured as a dual-track experience. The intern’s time will be intentionally divided between:

• Managed Services, supporting operational Microsoft environments
• Data & AI Consulting, contributing to data analytics and applied AI initiatives

The program is designed to provide exposure to the full solution lifecycle—from operational support to solution delivery—while developing professional consulting skills, technical fundamentals, and business acumen.

The role emphasizes professional consulting skills, technical fundamentals, documentation, and continuous learning aligned with Covenant Technology Partners’ standards.

The work location for this role is flexible, but candidates based in St. Louis or near St. Louis may be better positioned for periodic in-person engagement.

Responsibilities:

Managed Services Rotation (Operational Experience)

• Assist with ticket triage and support workflows under supervision
• Support Microsoft 365 administration and governance activities (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Entra ID)
• Update runbooks and standard operating procedures
• Observe and document SLA, escalation, and operational processes
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Data & AI Consulting Rotation (Solution Delivery Experience)

• Assist with data preparation, basic data modeling, and reporting tasks
• Support Power BI, automation, or analytics solution development
• Contribute to applied AI or proof-of-concept initiatives under guidance
• Develop professional documentation including solution notes, diagrams, and handoff materials

Professional Development

• Engage in structured AI and Microsoft learning (2–3 hours per week)
• Participate in mentor and manager check-ins
• Attend internal enablement sessions and practice meetings
• Deliver a final capstone presentation summarizing contributions, learning outcomes, and improvement recommendations

Qualifications:

Education, License or Certification:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or related field

Experience:

• Foundational understanding of data concepts (tables, joins, relational structures)
• Exposure to SQL, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), Microsoft 365, or Azure is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in both technology operations and data-driven solution delivery
