Lateral Link is assisting a repeat client and prestigious full-service law firm with an immediate need for a litigation associate.

The group is continuing to grow their complex litigation practice group.

The ideal candidate will have litigation experience at a law firm or clerkship.

Exposure to bankruptcy and/or creditors’ rights is helpful.

The candidate does not have to have bankruptcy experience but since they do 100% bankruptcy/creditors’ rights litigation, the candidate does need to be okay focusing their practice to that.

The group stresses that anyone looking to do any general litigation will not get that here at this time – they only do bankruptcy.
