Lateral Link is assisting a reputable boutique firm, in its search for a highly credentialed Patent Litigation Associate to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be a junior-midlevel associate, specifically with an electrical engineering or computer science background.
The firm has multiple trials coming up this year, as well as new business that has come in.
The firm is comprised of former BigLaw attorneys and provides an opportunity to work on some major patent litigation matters alongside some of the country's most respected litigators and trial advocates.
The associate will be afforded the opportunity to practice patent litigation at the highest level with other exceptional attorneys in a small-firm environment.
NO billable hours, which has tremendous mentoring and professional development benefits for associates.
Associates have autonomy and given real responsibility from the outset so they can play key role in matters.
Compensation is extremely competitive (and bonuses are typically over market).
