Logistics Project Manager
Job Description
Duration: 12-month contract
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of the project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects.
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of the project/program.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project/program.
- May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Key Project:
- Reverse Logistics – this person will work offline return business supporting account managers, customers directly, troubleshooting issues, tactical work from an ops perspective, and resolving problems.
- They are working on automation to help contractors like AI use.
Task Breakdown:
Troubleshooting of tickets, problem-solving, account support, calls, and emails with retailers, and managing return merchandise authorization

- not afraid of ambiguity or digging something out
- understands Client systems
- Can use Tableau, Matrix, and Data
Nice to Haves:
- Excel, Data analysis, and dashboard
- Easy to work with and good attitude
- Know how to work with tech/tools
YOE: 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area, with more admin tasks and operations
Degree:
A bachelor's degree is required, and a business-related course
