Customer Solutions Specialist – Bilingual (English/Spanish) Location Fort Worth, TX 76137 | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $18.00–$19.00/hr (based on experience) • 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (must be flexible to work any shift) • Must be able to work up to 2 Saturdays per month • Temp-to-Perm (W2) | Start Date: 4/6/2026 Upon Permanent Hire: • $600 Sign-On Bonus • Monthly performance bonus opportunities ($350–$400) • Overtime available • Clear career advancement paths within a rapidly growing organization ROLE IMPACT This role plays a key part in helping customers regain financial stability by resolving past-due auto loan accounts.

You will serve as a bilingual resource, guiding customers through payment solutions while protecting compliance standards and company goals.

Success is defined by strong negotiation outcomes, positive customer experiences, and consistent achievement of performance metrics in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities • Manage early-stage and delinquent auto loan accounts through high-volume inbound and outbound calls • Identify causes of account delinquency and negotiate payment plans, settlements, and alternative solutions • Provide professional support via phone, email, and chat • Perform skip tracing (locating customers using research tools and databases) as needed • Document all account activity accurately to meet quality and compliance standards • Complete timely follow-ups to achieve individual and team performance goals Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED • 1+ year of recent customer-facing experience (collections, accounts receivable, call center, retail, food service, or healthcare support preferred) • Bilingual English/Spanish required Core Tools & Systems • Auto-dialer and customer relationship management (CRM) systems • Payment processing platforms • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word) • Internal compliance and account tracking systems Preferred Skills • Experience in collections or accounts receivable • Ability to de-escalate challenging calls while remaining solution-focused • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
