Senior QA Analyst, Manual Testing - Collections Systems - Long Contract - 100% Remote - Columbus, OH - B4113B

Our direct client is looking for a Senior QA Analyst – Manual Testing & Collections Systems for a 100% Remote Long term contract in Columbus, OH.

Note
- Position is remote, but candidates should reside in OH
- Position budgeted for 40 hours per week.

Scope of Work / Duties The contracted resource will be responsible for:
- Managing test runs, jobs, and calendars
- Reviewing software requirements and user stories; preparing test scenarios
- Designing and developing manual test scripts
- Executing system, integration, regression, and related test cycles
- Detecting, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies
- Producing support documentation for defects, test results, and testing activities
- Preparing comprehensive testing reports for the design team
- Engaging with clients and vendors to understand product requirements
- Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements and potential risks
- Delivering timely reviews, test designs, solutions, and documentation
- Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile lifecycle
- Performing other related duties as assigned SKILL MATRIX
- Experience with manual software testing – Required
- Experience with ALM Octane or similar workflow and tracking tools
- Required
- Experience with debt collection – Required
- Experience with FICO/Jonas C&R Software Debt Manager – Highly Desired Question 1: Candidate must be willing to complete BCI/Federal fingerprinting.
