This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in Troy, OH. The Paralegal will assist attorneys with legal research, preparation of legal documents, and review of contracts and cases. The role also involves maintaining organized client files, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory processes. Strong communication with clients, court staff, and other legal professionals is essential for this position.

• Proficiency in legal practices, including Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Strong skills in Legal Research and the ability to analyze and interpret legal information
• Exceptional Communication skills for client interactions and coordination with legal teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in legal software and technology is a plus
• Associate's degree or higher in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
• Prior experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role is advantageous
