Position Summary:

Working with Care Alliance Health Center patients as part of the Patient- Centered Medical team, Patient Care Coordinators address and reduce barriers to care. Activities include health care navigation, benefits enrollment and usage, population-specific interventions, community case management, and patient advocacy.

Task Responsibilities & Competencies:

*Include but are not limited to:

· Screen patients for eligibility, support enrollment, recertification, and follow up as appropriate. Benefits may include Medicaid, Medicare, SSI/SSDI, CHAP, SNAP, WIC, etc.

· Based on provider referral and patient screening, connect patients to available community resources such as reduced fare bus tickets, housing support, income and food support, job training, etc.

· Support patient comprehension of their diagnosis, treatment plan, and next steps, and connect patients to the appropriate licensed clinical professional.

· Work with providers to coordinate specialty care outside Care Alliance

· Assist patients with scheduling appointments; coordinating prior authorizations or insurance benefits; basic understanding of procedures; retrieval of specialty care reports, results, or visit summaries and appropriate follow up.

· Support enrollment and use of private benefits such as pharmaceutical assistance programs

· Identify and address non-medical barriers to health and self-sufficiency such as transportation, housing, income, recreation, and education.

· Establish and maintain positive relationships with community resources and social service agencies to link patients appropriately.

· Link patients to other experts such as Legal Aid or housing case managers and follow up with patients and external providers accordingly.

· Conduct daily review of outstanding referrals including appointments to be scheduled, patient navigation, and specialty visit results.

· Support engagement in primary care and provide support and assistance to clients in gathering and completing all necessary documents, submitting to applicable agencies, and appropriate follow-up.

· Educate patients on how to use new insurance options such as basics on managed care network coverage and drug formularies.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Required:

· Associate’s degree and/or commensurate experience may be considered, BA degree in social work, family development, healthcare administration or a related field preferred.

· 1-3 years’ experience in at least one of the following areas: case management or counseling, experience, experience working with vulnerable populations, mental illness, and/or substance abuse.

· Experience using EPIC or another EHR is an added plus.

· Knowledge of relevant community resources and ability to work collaboratively with community service providers.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team of staff at various skill and professional levels.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Welder Assembly Operator is responsible for welding production orders or components using MIG and TIG processes to meet customer and quality specifications. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assemble parts to complete units and component parts in a specialized area
    • The ability to perform all the following processes: Fixture Weld Inner Assemblies, Insulation Wrapping, Auto-Welder Operations, End of Cell Checking Fixtures, Air testing

  • May use templates, fixtures, surface plate, calipers, snap gauges, or other inspection tools to measure welded components, bead size, or other necessary dimensions per blueprint. Watches for presence of burn through, cold starts, lack of penetration, bead size, or other indications of suspect welds.
  • Set up and operate assigned machines to produce finished product in a final assembly
  • Perform a variety of specialized assembly operations such as jigging, air testing, v-bands and component parts.
  • Follow all ITAR processes when appropriate
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools and other special equipment within department
  • Cleanings and inspecting of all parts
  • Complete proper paperwork per station
  • Participate in the corrective action process to prevent defects from recurring.
  • Follow procedures consistently to obtain repeatability.
  • Participate in team meetings seeking continuous improvements for the operation.

  • Sales Program Support: Coordinate data entry of sales retail and stocking programs. Assist in creating summaries for regional and territory managers’ evaluation of dealer performance.
  • Extended Warranty Administration: Process Protect + requests from dealers (invoice, update SCG, track usage).
  • Dealer Communications: Assist in maintenance of dealer email contacts (follow up and correct email addresses that were undeliverable).
  • Dealer Qualification: Assist with dealer qualification, including communication of qualification to field and channel management personnel for follow up actions.
  • Finance Programs: Review retail finance monthly reports (from DLL, Meridian OneCap), analyze and report usage (products financed, dealers using finance program, percentage retailed with KUHN Finance, etc.).
  • Research distribution networks of other suppliers and update existing Excel spreadsheets as requested.
  • Promotional Support: Process department Requests for Purchase (RFP) for merchandise, submit orders to the vendor and track RFPs to provide Accounting with a monthly summary of charges to be applied against the applicable department budgets. Administer Dealer Event Promotion Kit program by processing requests, tracking and distributing kits.
  • Forms: Maintain, update, and post dealer and company forms, as needed.
  • Channel Management Support: Order and ship starter kit materials and communicate shipment information to with territory manager or dealer.
  • Complimentary Employee Apparel Program: Support distribution of employee apparel, track wear test items and collate feedback for specialist and managers.


Education and/or Experience - An Administrative Assistant associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, Adobe Acrobat, Internet research, mapping tools, and survey platforms. Knowledge of the agricultural industry is preferred.

Job Summary

The Commercial Manager will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for the company’s portfolio of monk fruit and stevia-based natural sweeteners. This is a hunter role requiring proven experience in technical ingredient sales, specifically with a track record of actively selling monk fruit and/or stevia into nutritional and dietary supplement manufacturers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to grow sales of monk fruit extracts, stevia, concentrates, and blends across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Supplier Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard global dietary supplement and personal care co-manufacturers that meet cost, quality, capacity, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and packaging materials in partnership with internal Innovation and Operations teams, as well as external co-manufacturer procurement teams.
  • Build and maintain a structured supplier base for ingredients and materials, segmented by form, category, geography, and criticality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sourcing decisions with cost, compliance, and commercialization objectives.
  • Negotiation & Margin Expansion
  • Lead supplier negotiations across pricing, lead times, MOQs, and capacity commitments.
  • Negotiate purchasing agreements to ensure supply continuity at optimal cost.
  • Conduct SKU-level and portfolio-level COGS analysis to identify and deliver sustainable margin improvement opportunities.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through price renegotiation, alternate supplier qualification, and contract optimization.
  • Support co-manufacturer procurement teams in securing competitive pricing for raw and packaging materials.
  • Partner with Finance to track realized savings and overall P&L impact.
  • Supplier Performance & Risk
  • Manage supplier performance across cost, service levels, lead times, and supply reliability.
  • Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans, including secondary sourcing and capacity diversification.
  • Lead regular supplier business reviews and report performance and savings to leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain with direct exposure to nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or consumer health.
  • Demonstrated success in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing.
  • Comfortable with defining scope, objectives and charting path forward in a role that is new to the company.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to connect sourcing strategies to P&L impact. Demonstrates ability to measure and monitor performance.
