Who We Are
NagraStar LLC is a joint venture between DISH Network (a subsidiary of EchoStar Corporation) and Kudelski SA. NagraStar's main focus is delivering security solutions for satellite-based television systems, and supporting those systems.
Assignment Details
- Position Type: Temporary Contract / Fixed-Term Assignment
- Duration: Approximately 6–9 months
- Location: Englewood, CO; M – F in-office
- Purpose: Provide short-term coordination support during a period of increased project activity and temporary staffing constraints.
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator provides coordination support to assist with scheduling, documentation, and basic project tracking across active initiatives. This role helps maintain organization and visibility while the team operates with reduced capacity. The Project Coordinator works closely with the Agile Delivery Lead and Junior Project Manager, supporting day-to-day coordination activities so the team can remain focused on project execution. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 6–9 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule project meetings and coordinate calendars across teams
- Capture and publish meeting notes, action items, and decisions
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks across active workstreams
- Maintain simple project trackers and documentation
- Assist with preparing and publishing weekly status updates and presentation materials
- Follow up with team members to confirm updates or task progress when needed
Role Scope
- This role focuses on coordination and documentation support.
- Project planning, prioritization, and delivery management remain the responsibility of the Agile Delivery Lead and Product Managers.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable scheduling cross-team or technical meetings and accurately capturing discussions, decisions, and meeting minutes
- Ability to track tasks and follow up on updates across multiple teams
- Familiarity with common collaboration tools (Teams, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, or similar)
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus
