**Join Our Team as a Night Shift Registered Nurse!**/n/n**Job Description:**/n/n- Deliver exceptional care to our residents using the nursing process, including: /n - Assessment /n - Diagnosing /n - Planning /n - Implementation /n - Evaluation /n - Documentation /n/n- Collaborate with professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery. /n- Support our organization’s vision and mission through dedicated patient care. /n- Provide culturally-sensitive care considering the diverse backgrounds of our residents. /n- Contribute to quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques, demonstrating positive outcomes in resident care. /n/n**Experience Requirements:**/n/n- Minimum of one (1) year as a Registered Nurse./n/n**Education & Licensure:**/n/n- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. /n- Current California RN license. /n- Current certification in CPR. /n/n**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**/n/n- Utilize the nursing process in providing nursing care, including: /n - Administering treatments and medications /n - Interpreting diagnostic tests /n - Formulating plans of care /n - Collaborating with other health care providers /n - Educating residents and/or significant others /n/n**Shift Information:**/n/n- Night shift /n- 12-hour shifts /n/n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** /nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
