A well-established and highly regarded Orange County defense firm is seeking a seasoned Trial Attorney with first-chair experience who is ready to step into an active trial docket.

This is a true trial role, not a sit-and-wait position. You’ll be trusted to run your cases, try them, and play a key role in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead cases from inception through trial as first-chair counsel

• Develop and execute case and trial strategy

• Handle depositions, motions, and all phases of litigation

• Work directly with clients on case evaluation and preparation

• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team success

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10+ years of litigation experience

• First-chair trial experience to verdict is required

• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills

• Excellent writing and strategic thinking ability

• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
