About You

As a member of the Southern Perishables Logistics Team, the Temp Logistics Administrative Clerk will be responsible for performing various essential administrative functions in support of warehousing operations. Core Functions

  • Assist management to ensure high sanitation/safety standards and smooth warehouse workflow
  • Data entry for receiving, store invoicing and delivery administration receipts
  • Monitors warehouse and machine scratches to prioritize needed selection items
  • Maintains accurate productivity reports
  • Responsible for RF units, keeping batteries charged, and maintains an updated log on all equipment
  • Interact with supervision and the affiliated workforce in areas of selection, receiving and housekeeping

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required, some college a plus

Reporting to Justin Williams, President OHAPH, the next CNO will serve as the Chief Nurse Executive and a member of the executive leadership team for OHAPH. The CNO providers leadership and coordinates activities, processes, and policies resulting in high quality patient care driven by system-wide nursing practices and standards. Works closely with the Vice President of Nursing for Orlando Health to provide leadership and direction in accord with the organization's mission and values and nursing's core mission, vision and values. The Opportunity:

Orlando Health announces an exceptional opportunity for an exemplary physician leader to serve as the Inaugural Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Assistant Vice President, Orlando Health. The healthcare system is recognized around the world for Central Florida's only pediatric and adult level I trauma program and the home to the nation's largest neonatal intensive care unit. For fifteen consecutive years, UNSWR has ranked OHAPH on its Best Children's Hospital list in multiple pediatric specialties.

Reporting to Justin Williams, President OHAPH, the Inaugural Chief Medical Officer will be a member of the executive leadership team for OHAPH. The CMO is responsible for overseeing and advancing all aspects of quality and patient safety and advancing care delivery capabilities. In collaboration with other leaders, the CMO focuses on understanding, addressing and improving operational processes, to improve quality and safety, but also make it easier to deliver care while simultaneously improving access, throughput, and experience (both provider and patient).

The CMO is responsible for the hospital staff to ensure evidence-based practice standards, protocols, and direction are in place, and ensures the highest quality and efficiency of patient care in accord with the organization's mission and values. The CMO acts as the primary liaison between Administration and the hospital staff on a wide variety of matters relevant to developing and sustaining a strong collaborative relationship. The CMO is also responsible for overseeing and advancing medical staff affairs processes, including privileging, credentialing, peer review, and provider performance (both clinical and behavioral). In addition, the CMO supports and advances physician recruitment, retention, and engagement endeavors along with the educational experience of all trainees.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a clinical physician required.
* Minimum of 5-10 years of physician leadership experience including a strong quality and safety background.
* MD, DO, MD/PhD or equivalent is required.
* Board certified in pediatrics or a pediatric sub-specialty.
* Eligible for licensure in the State of Florida.
* The CMO requires leadership skills commensurate with a history of leadership roles/responsibilities and an understanding of behavioral and organizational change methodology.
* Demonstrated experience in executing quality improvement methodologies; and knowledge and/or experience with models for the evaluation of resource use, influencing factors and analysis.

The position focuses on ensuring food safety and quality expectations are met through on-site supplier audits, documentation reviews, and corrective action management. Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, GFSI standards, HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, and third-party certifications (GLOBAL G.A.P, PrimusGFS, BRC, and SQF) is essential.


Essential Functions

  • Reviews and maintains supplier documentation and audit results within the Supplier Management program.
  • Actively participates in supplier quality related communication and feedback. This includes ownership of the escalation process for nonconforming product, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective solutions are identified and implemented with closure plans.
  • Participates in supplier selection process for food safety and quality.
  • Follows-Up on consumer complaints/recalls/withdrawals related to private label product, regulatory issues and coordinates with the Consumer Affairs divisions with appropriate action.
  • Schedules and confirms audit date with the Supplier.
  • Prepares and sends supplier audit plan according to protocols.
  • Adheres to all quality and code of conduct standards.
  • Conducts audits using applicable checklists, reports, and tools available.

  • Submits complete and accurate audit reports within established timelines to Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Food Science preferred or similar Science degree.

  • Demonstrated knowledge in FDA and USDA regulations in all related commodities including Seafood.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in conducting risk assessments, audits, Food GMPs, SOPs, HACCP/Food Safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge in the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) Auditing Scheme highly preferred.
  • SQF Practitioner and/or SQF Internal Auditor Certification highly preferred.

About You
