ASSISTANT DINING ROOM MANAGER, Michelin Starred Restaurant - Virginia

We are seeking an experiencedAssistant Dining Room Manager for a Michelin-starred restaurant located within a renowned luxury resort inVirginia. This highly visible, guest-facing role is an integral part of the dining room leadership team and is responsible for supporting and overseeing front-of-house operations at the highest level.

The ideal candidate brings a refined presence, impeccable attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional, high-touch hospitality. This position requires daily engagement with guests, leadership of service staff, and close collaboration with culinary and management teams to ensure seamless execution and consistency.

Qualified candidates will have aminimum of two years of fine dining experience, ideally gained within a Michelin-starred restaurant or Forbes Five-Star hotel. The successful individual will be professional, organized, and deeply knowledgeable in luxury service standards, with the ability to lead by example on the floor.
