Luxury Forbes Five-Star resort seeking an experienced Training & Development Manager to lead all property-wide training initiatives.
Oversee Forbes, Michelin-level service standards, Relais & Châteaux requirements, and New Hire Orientation. Design and implement dynamic training programs, support new restaurants, spa, pool, and warehouse openings, and partner with leadership to drive onboarding, development plans, and business goals.
This award-winning resort features a Michelin-starred restaurant and breathtaking grounds. Serve as the property champion for large-scale change initiatives and culture-shaping projects.
