Your Team The Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) Team plans and executes all space vehicle-level integration and test activities at Millennium.

ATLO creates the detailed flow of activities throughout the buildup of the space vehicle, writes and executes all test and assembly procedures used in these activities, conducts system-level through environmental testing, and performs integration to the launch vehicle.

Job Description The Principal ATLO Engineer will lead efforts across new satellite programs and established portfolios to shape production and will be a key player in meeting and exceeding our delivery targets, all while demanding a high standard of technical excellence in the assembly and test of satellites.

The Principal ATLO Engineer is expected to shape our current and future processes, and plays a critical role in linking our business strategy to the ongoing definition and development of large-scale satellite constellations.

The candidate is expected to contribute to a wide variety of program inputs including proposals, standard operating procedures, and resource management systems.

They will oversee the integration of new design and manufacturing techniques into testbed and flight systems, with a strong awareness towards safety, affordability, security, testability, and mission capability.

A Principal ATLO Engineer will report to and serve under the ATLO Director.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and a proactive problem-solver with experience in spacecraft integration, mission architecture, and production automation.

The ideal candidate can work equally well in a singular supervisory role or with multitalented teams on the production floor.

A Principal ATLO Engineer has experience in these fields: design for manufacturability, process mapping, spacecraft avionics, cost analysis and earned-value management, complex mechanical integration, environmental testing, launch integration, proposal writing, or high-rate manufacturing.

The ideal candidate must have an Active TS/SCI Clearance.

This position's internal job code is Systems Engineer.

Our team is currently hiring for levels 5 and 6.

Rotating Shift: This position requires employees to work various shifts on a rotating basis.

The shift times are subject to change and additional shifts may be added in accordance with company needs, but employees will only work one shift per day.

Each standard shift is 9.5 hours in length, 0.5 hours of which is designated for a lunch break.

Shifts contain 9 hours of work to follow the Millennium 9/80 calendar, meaning every other Friday is a non-working day.

What you will do in this role:

• Responsible for PICC line and mid insertion, monitoring, declotting, and discontinuation.
• Administers intravenous infusions and injections.
• Provides patient and family education regarding PICC lines and central lines.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and supports the hospital's mission.
• Responsible for PICC line insertion; assists staff with monitoring PICC lines, declotting, and discontinuing catheters with or without catheter tip cultures.
• Assists with difficult IV insertions.
• Responsible for routine dressing changes on Central Lines.
• Responsible for patient/family education regarding PICC line insertion and dressing changes for Central Lines.
• Assists Clinical Educator(s) in providing education to staff as necessary.

The Staff RN in the Day Surgery/Infusion Center – IV/PICC Team provides care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This role focuses on PICC line insertion, maintenance, and related IV therapy procedures.

What you will do in this role:

• Responsible for PICC line and mid insertion, monitoring, declotting, and discontinuation.
• Administers intravenous infusions and injections.
• Provides patient and family education regarding PICC lines and central lines.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and supports the hospital's mission.
• Responsible for PICC line insertion; assists staff with monitoring PICC lines, declotting, and discontinuing catheters with or without catheter tip cultures.
• Assists with difficult IV insertions.
• Responsible for routine dressing changes on Central Lines.
• Responsible for patient/family education regarding PICC line insertion and dressing changes for Central Lines.
• Assists Clinical Educator(s) in providing education to staff as necessary.
• Keeps current on advances in IV therapy and line insertion.
• Administers intravenous infusions and injections, based on doctor orders, on selected patients including but not limited to: antibiotics, iron infusions, steroids, Remicaide, blood and blood products, Rhogam, Procrit, and Neupogen.
• Carries out or assists ancillary services with diagnostic procedures such as Cortisone Stimulation Testing, ACTH, R-Gene 10 test, Tensilon testing, and/or Therapeutic Phlebotomy.
• Responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice and managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment of assigned unit.
• Participates in activities to plan, measure, assess, and improve the quality of patient care.
• Supports the mission, goals, and objectives of the hospital.
• Responsible for orientation of new personnel as delegated by the Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager, or Director.
• Maintains clinical knowledge of Core Measure requirements inherent to position. Documents patient assessment, patient education, and patient care activities in the medical record by using terminology that complies with the current Core Measure data definition version. Communicates in a timely manner with other clinicians to achieve Core Measure compliance.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other clinical disciplines in making decisions regarding each patient's nursing care needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform all functions related to tool fabrication, rework, and repair as required.

• Obtain work orders from the team leader or supervisor, determining assignments based on schedule dates and tool availability.

• Read work orders and blueprints to identify required tasks, tools, and equipment.

• Develop plans for the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of tools.

• Initiate and coordinate engineering change requests with internal support groups when necessary.

• Determine the sequence of tool fabrication work, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to production challenges.

• Access and utilize appropriate tool drawings, models, and specifications using available computing systems.

• Select and verify necessary equipment from the shop storage area, ensuring current tool certification.

• Perform repairs or replacements on tools as per Standing Tool Order (STO) Production Requests, and request rework orders if necessary.

• Layout holes, lines, and other tool features, and install or modify hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum tubes as required.

• Operate various machinery, including power saws, drill presses, and CNC machines, to shape materials and prepare details.

• Move materials and equipment using Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and overhead cranes as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of orders and coordinate tooling information with other shifts and departments.

• Handle hazardous materials in compliance with Boeing procedures, using appropriate personal protective equipment.

• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency in tool and die work.

• Use precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and gauges, to ensure accuracy in fabrication and repairs.

• Interface with customers and suppliers to incorporate changes or resolve functional and installation issues.

• Submit completed jobs to Quality Assurance and assist inspectors in performing necessary checks or measurements.

• Ability to reverse engineer and manufacture mold components within time limitations

• Ability to read and write G and M code with CAM programming experience.
