The F-22 Raptor Team is seeking a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer in Berkeley, MO or Richardson, TX to join the F-22 Raptor Mission Design and Analysis Team with a focus on developing cutting edge engineering solutions to continue to advance the world's premier air superiority fighter.
As a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for developing engineering solutions for the F-22 Raptor, including both enhancing existing field units with the addition of new capabilities, as well as architecting and testing completely new systems. In this role, you will be joining a cross-functional team to progress our products through the development lifecycle. Tasks include developing requirements to support customer needs, designing a networked architecture to enable new capabilities, and analyzing test data.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Responsible Engineers, customer technical staff, suppliers, and Lockheed Martin teammates to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for F-22 avionics sub-systems and weapon system architecture

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Lead Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer (Level 5) to join the T-7A Mission Systems Team located in Berkeley,MO.
As a Lead Engineer on the Mission Systems Hardware team, your role will lead a team in completing the development, qualification, and transition to production of multiple Mission Systems hardware, such as mission computing, communications, navigation, surveillance, datalink and displays. You will be responsible for managing the technical performance of the team and a few key suppliers to ensure integration and verification of installed system performance.
The T-7A Mission Systems includes new equipment and integration of off-the-shelf hardware that is tested in an advanced laboratory and verified in ground/flight test. The Mission Systems development activities include hardware requirements decomposition, qualification test, laboratory and aircraft integration, formal verification test, and production support.

The Boeing Electromagnetic Effects (E3) Group seeks Electromagnetic Effects Design and Analysis Engineers at Associate (Level 2), Experienced (Level 3), and Expert (Level 4) levels. The successful candidate will be based in the Puget Sound region (Washington State) and support Boeing Defense, Space & Security commercial-derivative aircraft programs such as the U.S. E-7A and the KC-46A tanker, among others.
The engineer will develop and validate Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) requirements and architectures to integrate complex components and subsystems into higher-level platforms. Primary responsibilities:

JOB DESCRIPTION
First Capital Advisors is seeking an Asset Management Analyst for our expanding portfolio of multi-family and retail properties. In this key position, you will play an important role in maximizing the value of existing company-owned assets. Your efforts will help ensure peak property performance and support decision-making, directly impacting our team’s investment strategy and operations.
This is a full-time position based in Wheaton, IL, reporting to and working heavily with our Texas-based Director of Asset Management. Occasional travel throughout Texas is required. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Liaise with lenders, including ongoing compliance with financial reporting requirements, monitoring debt maturities, overseeing escrow requirements, etc.
- Oversee the completion of replacement reserve requests and lender inspections
- Conduct various research and analysis to support decision-making
- Prepare updates for management meetings and quarterly investor reports
- Review and analyze property operating and accounting reports, with a focus on assessing trends in performance and detecting any operational issues
- Assist in creating and managing property budgets (operating and capital)
- Ensure each property performs in accordance with its business plan; suggest modifications when necessary
- Perform cash flow modeling and produce financial proformas
- Conduct site visits, which will require occasional travel throughout Texas
- Coordinate with various third-party vendors
- Monitor market conditions, including supply and demand dynamics, changing tenant preferences, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess most, but not necessarily all, of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (business, finance, economics, or real estate concentration preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience working in a financial analysis capacity within the CRE industry (multi-family preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting required; ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Experience creating and analyzing financial models
- Understanding of financial concepts, including return metrics (yield on cost, IRR, NPV, DCF, etc.)
- Understanding of capital structures (senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of construction concepts
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Yardi, CoStar, and RealPage is preferred
- Ability to work with remote teams and properties; must be self-accountable and have strong initiative
- A self-motivated person who is driven to further their career in real estate
