Boeing Engineering & Technical Innovation is seeking talented individuals to join our Integrated Vehicle Systems team as a Senior Flight Engineering Manager to lead our Aerosciences team based in Hazelwood, MO and will require periodic travel to engage with cross-site teams, functional and business unit stakeholders, and customers.

This individual will manage and lead a team of talented engineers responsible for ensuring state-of-the-art development, application and transition of tools, methods and technologies across Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), applied aerodynamics, aero-acoustics and flow control addressing strategic capability needs from Boeing Commercial and Defense business units. The successful candidate will develop and maintain an expert, diverse team that supports Boeing’s one-company culture by collaborating with business units and functional partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Sets strategic direction, growing and managing a portfolio comprised of internal and external research & development and business unit support.
  • Provides resources, removes roadblocks and empowers team to ensure technical excellence within budget and schedule constraints
  • Provides oversight of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Interfaces with other organizations, internal/external customers, and suppliers to ensure alignment and successful execution of portfolio priorities, plans and project completion.
  • Serves as the Lab Manager for a Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD computing lab and an Advanced Aeromechanical Control Effector Systems (AACES) lab.
  • Determines staffing resource requirements, acquires talent, manages redeployment as necessary.
  • Works with subordinates to establish and evaluate employee development and performance.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors of Science degree from an ABET-accredited university in a relevant engineering discipline

What You’ll Be Doing as a Senior ERP Applications Developer:

Serves as the trusted ERP application expert for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) discrete Manufacturing processes, including BOM, Routing, ECO, WIP, Inventory, and PIM, ensuring both technical correctness and functional alignment. Provides hands-on technical leadership across our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. Performs deep application development work, understands how discrete manufacturing systems operate on the shop floor, and owns ERP solutions end to end.


Application Development:

  • Write complex, high-performance SQL and PL/SQL
  • Develop and maintain custom Oracle concurrent programs
  • Use Oracle Manufacturing APIs (BOM, WIP, Routing, Inventory)
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, PL/SQL, and file/SFTP-based interfaces
  • Support and extend internal manufacturing-related applications
  • Optimize SQL and PL/SQL performance
  • Follow Oracle EBS development standards and best practices


Functional & Operational Support

We are seeking Systems Engineers with Demonstrated ability to apply systems engineering principles in modern software environments, with strong understanding of DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native architectures. Candidates should be comfortable working across disciplines to integrate hardware, software, and mission systems in secure environments, collaborating closely with developers and test engineers to validate end-to-end functionality. Position Responsibilities

  • Review, develop, document, and maintain system requirements and traceability across the lifecycle.

  • Contribute to risk, issue, and opportunity management; assess and report technical readiness and critical path impacts.
  • Drive continuous improvement of integration and test processes, incorporating automation, metrics, and lessons learned to increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Document integration results and test findings for design reviews, readiness assessments, and formal customer deliverables.
  • Mentor junior engineers; at higher levels, provide technical leadership across projects and broader mentoring responsibilities.

As a Digital Engineer – Full Stack & Systems Architecture, you will sit at the intersection of engineering workflows, software systems, and cloud platforms. This is not a traditional backend or data‑engineering role. You will partner closely with BT&E, BCA, BDS, and Wisk/Autonomy engineers to modernize how test data is accessed, explored, and operationalized across Boeing.

As a Sr. FPGA Design Engineer at Reliable Robotics you will be a part of the Embedded Systems team which owns the firmware and software at the heart of the Reliable Robotics autonomy stack. We are a creative and diligent team that provides dependable computing, networking, signal processing, and motor control solutions to bring our aircraft to life. Your contributions will directly enable development of our flight computer and air to air RADAR, unlocking higher-level capabilities, and setting the stage for product certification & delivery to market.

Responsibilities

In your role as an FPGA Design Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional development environment including mutual peer review to maintain high product quality. This work will include FPGA requirements, design, and simulation as well as code synthesis, hardware integration, and test support. You will contribute to multiple FPGA projects in support of the long-term Reliable Robotics technology roadmap.

Basic Success Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

  • 8+ years of full-cycle electronics hardware development experience in a professional environment

  • Professional experience designing FPGA digital logic using industry-standard design, simulation, and synthesis tools

Preferred Criteria

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

  • Proven track record of product ownership including development and field support

  • Experience with safety-critical FPGA development (DO-254 level A/B or equivalent industry standard)

  • Experience architecting, implementing, and verifying fixed point DSP algorithms

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, agile/iterative development life cycle

  • Pragmatic, results-oriented work style

Employees working from our headquarters in Mountain View, CA may expect very little travel.

The estimated salary range for this position is $215,000 to $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock option awards + benefits. At Reliable Robotics, we strive to provide competitive and rewarding compensation based on experience and expertise, as well as market conditions, location, and pay equity.
