Crew Lead - Second Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Crew Lead to support 2nd Shift operations due to increased production volume. This role will lead night-shift warehouse activities, coordinate labor, manage inventory flow, and ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 2nd shift warehouse operations (3:00 PM – 12:00)
• Handle late loading and unloading after 1st shift
• Perform pre-picking for next-day outbound shipments
• Manage night production inventory storage
• Support raw material inbound operations
• Organize inventory and optimize location grouping
• Operate WMS and PDA scanners for inventory accuracy
• Ensure safety compliance and SOP adherence

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience
• Forklift operation experience and certification
• Proficient with WMS and PDA scanners
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
