ProSidian Seeks a Project Manager - Digital Training Facility Management (DTFM) (DTFM001) to support an engagement for a training directorate of the USG that supports training and readiness of active and reserve military and personnel through planning, facilitating, managing, recording and assessing training OBO The Training Management Directorate (TMD). This DoD/Military Sector Role is a Program Manager Labor Category Position located at or near Charlotte, NC - HQ/CONUS/OCONUS | AC/RC: All | ACOM: All.

This service supports DoD/Military Sector Clients (For Present / Future Requirements) and ProSidian Team Members work as part of a Key Personnel Cadre (Labor Category: Program Manager) to fulfill FFP - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirements and to shall serve as Program/Project Manager with responsibility for management, oversight, recruitment, support, operations and stakeholder engagement of CONUS/OCONUS Digital Training Facilities (DTF's). This position is responsible for providing and engaging in consistent communication to the Enterprise Management System (EMS) staff, for continuity of operations supporting all stakeholders using the Army Training Information System (ATIS) Digital Training Facilities (DTF's) and at each of the 78 CONUS/OCONUS DTF sites. A Digital Training Facility (DTF) is a computer lab located on Army installations and Reserve sites worldwide The DTFM provides management and oversight at/for the assigned DTF.

Units use DTFs to conduct training that improves individual and unit readiness. Using high-speed internet access, computer based training and Video Tele-Training (VTT) equipment, soldiers and civilians can train when it fits their professional needs and personal schedules. As a training asset, DTFs are ideal for section, squad, or platoon size elements. The Program/Project Manager shall also take the lead in managing and providing oversight of Engagement teams Members and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) while maintaining and managing a portfolio of hands on equipment, operation, and on-site operations performed by the Digital Training Facility Managers (DTFM's).

This role serves as multipoint interface between client stakeholders, client management, and ProSidian HQ Management as a Key Personnel on The ProSidian Engagement Team. Program/Project Manager must oversee DTFMs, as they follow EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers as well as verify operation of hardware and software in the DTFs for their respective location assigned.

As a Project Manager within our Engagement Team, you are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project Managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Other duties and responsibilities consist of the following:

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • The ability to manage multiple geographic locations (both CONUS and OCONUS)
  • Experience with the U.S. military is desired

The Project Manager must have the following for qualification:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Possession of a MA/MS (preferrably computer science, information systems, information technology, computer engineering or related)
  • 10+ years PM experience
  • Demonstration/Work Samples showing their ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

Partial FTE shall be hired full-time to maintain active on-demand support to provide full-time readily available support for the DTMS facility. Key Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

The following essential functions represent the primary work performed; however, other responsibilities could be expected that are not detailed here but fall within the scope of this role.

  • Processing of devices per customer order specifications (to include, e.g., installing cases, applying asset tags, scanning MAC addresses, enrolling into management, OU movements, installing screen protectors, etc.).
  • Wiring device adapters into charging carts.
  • Green pack of devices utilizing Trafera branded packaging materials.
  • As needed, assist teammates with the unboxing of Chromebooks, desktops, laptops, and tablets to prep them for processing, including the disposal of associated cardboard and packaging materials.
  • Teardown of defective devices to include:
  • Auditing of unknown quality to remove failed or damaged components before tearing down.
  • Deconstructing devices into usable components for inventory.
  • Sorting and counting of the components into the labeled boxes that are to be added to inventory
  • Effectively and efficiently work to achieve successful individual production output KPI’s while maintaining quality. KPIs will be provided and may be updated as needed.
  • Working as part of a larger team to aid in achieving customer needs.
  • Identify areas of concern, means of improvement, and ways to increase efficiency, communicating them to Lead or Supervisor.
  • When problems occur, work with Team Lead to identify their root causes and implement or recommend changes to prevent them from occurring again in the future.

Work Environment, Physical, and Mental Demands:

Incumbents in this role will primarily perform their work in a production warehouse environment and interact with team members throughout the facility in both office and production warehouse environments.

The production/warehouse will work with and around a variety of industrial warehouse tools, equipment and vehicles, such as forklifts and packaging machines, in an environment that includes exposure to loud noise levels, vibration, dust, fumes, mechanical hazards, bright lights and hot or cold temperatures. Medix is looking for a seasoned Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to support a public healthcare system serving Harris County, Texas, operating multiple hospitals, specialty clinics, and community care locations across the Houston area.


We are seeking technical deployment resources who can assist with endpoint setup, infrastructure readiness, and device validation for new and remodeled facilities. These resources will play a critical role in ensuring technology infrastructure is ready prior to operational go-live for facility projects across the system



Daily Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and endpoint devices
  • Deploy and configure printers, scanners, and peripheral hardware
  • Support device deployments across multiple healthcare facilities
  • Assist with workstation configuration and endpoint validation
  • Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and connectivity issues
  • Validate that devices are properly connected to network resources and enterprise systems
  • Support device testing activities prior to operational go-live
  • Work alongside vendor installation teams during infrastructure deployments
  • Escalate issues that may impact deployment timelines or system functionality
  • Document device installations and support activities as needed


Public - Required Skills


  • 4+ years of experience in desktop support, field services, or IT deployment roles preferably in a hospital setting
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting PC hardware and endpoint devices
  • Experience configuring printers and peripheral devices
  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to hardware and operating systems
  • Ability to work onsite across multiple locations
  • Experience supporting large-scale device deployments or infrastructure rollouts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills


Public - Preferred Skills


  • Experience supporting healthcare IT environments
  • Experience supporting Epic or other EHR environments
  • Experience participating in Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) or go-live support
  • Experience supporting technology deployments during facility openings or relocations
  • Experience coordinating work with vendor installation teams
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications
